The only thing I'm not a super fan of is their salsa. Not that it's bad it's just not my type. I like smooth and it's chunky. The cheese and chicken enchiladas were good. They give you two small bottles of sauce (a red & a green) with your meal but they're both too spicy. I wish they had a milder sauce I could use

This isn't a good look especially for first time customers. He could have at least said he'd be with us in a few minutes. I had the migas, bacon & egg, and the al pastor tacos. My tacos were hot and fresh. The Al pastor tacos were by far my favorite. The tacos were incredibly delicious. My main complaint would be the lack of red sauce, napkins, tomatoes, avocado, and beans. The food truck also didn't even have a menu so there's no price transparency. The tacos were delicious and we paid $22 for 9 tacos so there's food was reasonably priced. The truck is cash only so prepare accordingly.

We were on vacation a couple weeks ago and staying just outside of Marble Falls. My husband picked…read moreup breakfast to go for us, and I was so looking forward to the migas, one of my favorites. We shared a migas plate, and he ordered himself a side of bacon. I much prefer leaving good reviews, so I'll start with the good. He said the girl was very nice, and the service was very good. The refried beans were very good. The potatoes didn't "look" done at all, but they were soft and tasted okay. It seemed like they were boiled, not fried. He said the bacon was okay. The migas??? Oh my goodness, I had to pick through the (mostly dried out, tough) corn tortillas to even find a couple of tiny pieces of egg. No tomatoes, onions like normal migas plates I've ever eaten, and there were 3 slices of fresh jalapenos on top of the migas. My usual experience with Migas are nice and crispy, fresh corn tortillas with sautéed onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, and plenty of eggs so this was a different experience for us, and I wouldn't call it good. We were disappointed to say the least. I admit we did not bring it to their attention as we got the order to go and we're not from the area, and the place we were staying was several miles outside of Marble Falls so we didn't make the effort to go back. We should've brought it to their attention, but we didn't. I did notice that. most of their reviews are good, so maybe this was a one time thing.
