I showed up for two rear tires after calling ahead for a quote. I was quoted $50 per tire plus installation, so I arrived, told them I was the one who called, and handed them the $100 upfront. After sitting for about 10 minutes, I started wondering what was going on. The workers were just sitting around occasionally looking at me, and another 10 minutes went by before another customer walked in. They immediately stopped helping me and worked with her instead for about 15 minutes, while I continued waiting with no updates. I finally went up and asked how my tires were coming along. They suddenly told me they were "still inspecting" my tires and claimed one "wasn't bad," then said they didn't have any used tires -- which now meant the price jumped to $60 per tire, even though they already quoted me $50 on the phone and already took my money. At this point, I just wanted to leave. They installed one tire, still tried to upcharge me $10, and when I asked if it was new, they said it wasn't new but it was "good." To make the situation even worse, I later realized they put the wrong size tire on my car -- something that can be unsafe and should never happen at a tire shop. Overall, the whole experience felt unprofessional and dishonest. I felt like I had to beg just to get the price they originally gave me, only to end up with a tire I didn't even ask for. He is open 7 days out of the week and is open 8am-8pm. The shop is open 365 days of the year! If you need anything regarding your tires he is the best person you can trust. Claims to have the right tire size in a complete pair even when calling in for multiple times and planning a drive for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival, there is no complete pair of tires. Called to see if they had a specific size and the owner of the business said they had that size in stock and he mentioned he would send pictures. He never sent the pictures so we decided to stop by because we figured he was busy. His employee was there and mentioned that he was on his way back from riverside but he would call him because they didn't have them in stock. The owner then said if we could wait that his had them at the warehouse so we waited about and hour and a half. He never went to the warehouse and was referring us to another shop that again supply had them and was trying to charge us more money!! Worst Service Ever this, took in my 2007 GMC to add some Headers to and guy ended up breaking bolts and damaging both the headers and Spark plug Cables, i ended up spending an additional 250 to fix and replace the bad Mechanical work, I tried to work with them to refund portion of the repairs and they refuse to do anything about it, be careful this guys are unprofessional and should not be working on cars... read more
