Absolutely the BEST Jewelers! Tina and Dave, the owners, are so friendly and nice and work so hard! They worked with our budget to design a gorgeous wedding set and I couldn't be happier.

Prices seemed reasonable (and I had been to several jewelers that day on a shopping trip with a friend so I had concurrent pricing). Will definitely be checking back for new pieces. The shank broke on 5/11/2026, and I took it back on 5/12/2026. The lady who waited on me made a loud production about their one-year warranty and how the damage to my ring was outside of the year. It was 3 weeks outside of the warranty. It was unprofessional behavior and there were other people in the business who could hear her admonish me. She said she would speak to the owner and get back to me. I received a text message on 5/13/2026, stating that I could pay $40 for the repair. I picked up my ring and took it to another jewelry store who looked the ring over to give me an estimate. Attached is the picture I took when they explained that the work that had been done was faulty. There are bubbles in the shank and you can see the lines where the metal was added to upsize the ring. So much for over 30 years' experience in the business. I would expect this type of customer experience with a corporate owned business where profit is the goal over everything else, not from a "locally owned business that advertises that you can trust your precious family heirlooms with them." Update/Response: The ring was not bent nor had it been sized before. I hardly wear this ring, and I never wear it for work, around the house or in the garden. I received this from a grandparent, and it was a size 4 or 5. Fircrest is the only jeweler that I have had size this ring, and that was in April of last year. It broke at the seam of the metal that was used to upsize the ring to a size 8.5. The jeweler that looked over the ring was not impressed with the work and there was no discussion about the ring being bent or sized multiple times.

The store…read moreitself feels inviting, stocked with a selection that seems to go on forever, yet the true heart of the experience is the people. Donna greeted me with a genuine warmth that told me she loves what she does. She's incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the nuances of history in the antique pieces, the metals, stones, and settings in a way that makes sense. She encouraged curiosity, inviting me to try on anything that sparked joy, no pressure--just possibilities. Brandon and Sean kept the energy high with their easy smiles and readiness to help whenever needed. The whole team made it feel less like a purchase and more like a thoughtful journey toward something meaningful. When we decided to upgrade our wedding rings, the experience only got better. I found a beautiful Art Deco piece that just fits what I was looking for perfectly. We both found pieces we love, the price was fair, and the service was flawless from start to finish. If you want a jewelry shopping experience that's educational, stress-free, and truly welcoming--where you're treated like family--this is the place to go. Five stars from us.

Brandon was the first to help us and apologized saying he didn't realize we were waiting. Again, no big deal he got right into figuring out what we had come in for. We said we wanted to look at engagement rights together and wanna see what we like and don't like cause how can you know unless you go try some on. We were then sat down with another associate, Sean. Idk if he was just looking to make only money that day but customer experience was horrible. He was asking what I was looking for I said I'm leaning towards a Dutch marquise but know they're hard to come by so I wanted to see marquise in person on my finger to get an idea if I'd like it in real life. Brandon had already laid out some marquise for me beforehand so Sean showed be them again and then talked AT me and explained what I wanted was an elongated hex... thank you, thats great to know although both are correct. He explained what cut and clarity were. Not something I was confused about but again, thanks. He pulled up some from his source and told us how much they were and it felt as if he was trying to make us leave or scare us away by mentioning the prices. Then he asked for timeline and my boyfriend didn't wanna say exactly what the timeline was in front of me and it's like a switch went off and he just wanted us out of his store. He was like okay well here's my card and lmk when you guys are ready. And then we just sat there in an awkward silence for a moment cause he dismissed us so fast we couldn't even process we were being kicked out lol. Anyway... I would not recommend coming here unless you can be perceived as being loaded, if you get what I'm saying. Horrible customer service from Sean. Brandon however, was great. Really wanted to support a jeweler local to us but I could never spend money at a place that treats their potential customers like this.

I came in for a simple adjustment, but when I got my watch back, I noticed the wrong pins had been used, and they were already falling out the very next day. There was also a dent in one of the links. We took it to a different shop, where they replaced the pins with the correct ones and showed us that the original pins were bent and in poor condition. When we called to request a refund, the situation only got worse. The owner yelled at us, insisted we were wrong, and was completely disrespectful. I've never felt the need to write a Yelp review before, I'm usually someone who lets things go, but this experience was different. I've never encountered a business owner who reacted so unprofessionally. If this had been handled calmly and professionally, it could have been resolved. Instead, the lack of accountability and poor customer service made things worse. I'm not one to question someone's expertise, but sometimes it's important to set ego aside and actually listen to your customers. I will not be returning.

Perhaps I could've gotten more, but I wasn't pressed to do so. Just be aware that you might not be getting the most for your items, but it's likely better than what a pawn shop would offer. Your item might be scratched and etc if they need to test it further, so don't bring anything you wouldn't want that done to. They also won't buy every single thing even if it's genuine, as I saw a woman before me turned away and told to sell her item online. I had an appointment but ended up waiting in line, as you can't get inside unless they buzz you in. There were several of us in there at once so I guess if the people waiting don't look too sketchy they will let more than one inside. (Price Range)-- $30+ (Services)-- they buy gold, silver, jewelry, and other precious metals. (Location)-- located in a very busy shopping area near Chick Fila. The parking area is very small, so I parked a little further down and walked over. The area seems to be decent in terms of safety, but given the nature of this store you should still be aware of your surroundings and try not to flash your valuables. (Experience)-- I assumed the worst but I actually had a very good experience. The woman working behind the glass was friendly and gave me a decent deal. I recommend this place, and I would also come back again.
