I really enjoyed visiting this business. I rolled in with a hockey team of 60 on last minute notice and they were beyond accommodating and placed us in their banquet room. The service was very good considering we straight up put them in the weeds, and the kitchen delivered as well. It took a little bit to get everything out, but, it's because our group absolutely crushed them on a Saturday night. Completely expected. Food: Outstanding. They don't cheap out on toppings, ingredients, etc. I really, really liked it, A LOT! To the point where my wife yelled at me when she was leaving with my kids (and not me) because I was buying bottles of their sauce. I had leftovers I couldn't take home the next day because we were at a hotel, and literally ate some at 7AM because I was too sad to let it go. Total first world problem, but nevertheless, it was sad that I couldn't finish it all. Here's the deal: A+ in accommodating a large group with very little notice. This is a place I would go to if there is nothing else. Staff is friendly and parking is easy. Restaurant is clean inside. I like their minestrone soup and thats about it. The chicken in the salad is quite sketchy- not worth the money in my opinion. If I go here again I might try the pizza bowl. read more

My wife and I order online for delivery, though I'm usually against it because I'm not that much a fan of their food. But these last few times we've ordered I've gotten the same thing each time, and each time it's not made right. I've contacted LaRosa's offices and told them directly about it, and it's still not right. We ordered just now, though I wasn't thrilled, and again, same issues with my hoagie. Not to mention they didn't offer anything for the issues last time, just that they'd say something. My wife can order as much as she wants, I won't be. LaRosa's has been a Cincinnati staple for many years. The sauce always makes the pizza in my book. Theirs is very sweet and they are generous with it. Toppings are fresh and plentiful. It just has a unique flavor. Try the rondos. They are stuffed with pepperoni and cheese. Basted with butter. They also have subs, calzones, salads and pasta dinners. Just a solid restaurant. Probably not in my top 5 of pizza joints as I like thinner and crispier pizza but the full menu is enough for me to give them 4 stars. read more

I haven't been to the Oxford Larosa's since my ice skating days. They remodeled and added on a party room so it's very spacious and accommodating for big parties. Customer service was excellent. The host sat me right away and asked if the seating was okay. He brought me a water and the waitress was at my table within minutes taking my order. I ordered the calzone which included mushrooms, banana peppers and pepperoni. It was delicious! The waitress checked on me periodically and was attentive. I always check for cleanliness of the restaurant overall and it was spotless. I highly recommend, I will definitely go back and take my niece and nephew after we go ice skating. read more

We drove six hours today to visit Miami U, and needed dinner. So we downloaded the LaRosa app, looked over the menu, and placed the order. On a Sunday night at 6:30, it was ready in 15 minutes. We had a Deep dish Meat Deluxe, and a Four Cheese on traditional crust. With a side of boneless wings we were set. A Cincinnati tradition that you can't go wrong with! I grew up on LaRosas so I'm a little biased, but I've always enjoyed their food. Delicious pizza and calzones! Definitely try the four cheese blend if you get a calzone. Wonderful lunch specials and evening combos. LaRosas has a really good salad and a great housemade Italian dressing. Pro tip: try the Diablo sauce as a dipping sauce for your calzone or on top of your steak hoagie! It usually comes as a side with the kitchen chips, but it's a great sweet/spicy sauce that is delicious on just about anything! This location can proudly claim itself as being one of the very best in the entire chain. The new owners have done a fantastic job. The service is excellent, and we never have any issues with waiting on our food - even on a busy Friday night. We've got two little ones in high chairs and logistics of eating out can be complicated at times. Staying at the Hueston Woods lodge, we wanted to get some pizza somewhere in Oxford, and this is the place we chose. In general, we were quite happy. We got a pepperoni and a veggie pizza, and it all got eaten. I don't think it was anything to write home about, but it wasn't bad. The cheesy bread is good too. We got some of the hottest wings. At first, I was a little disappointed in the amount of spiciness, but when I bathed my wings in the sauce, I was pleasantly surprised. We got a few of the mild wings, and those were good as well. I went here for dinner last night. I wasn't extremely hungry so I went for wings while the other two that I was with split a pizza. They had two eating areas, only one with a TV, though. We were in the other, so that wasn't in the cards for me. I thought about going for a mixed drink, but the restaurant had no bar, they only offered wine and beer as well as fountain drinks. This ruled out the mixed drink too. The wait on the food wasn't too long, though, and we had great service. When the food came, I tried one of the wings and allmost spit it out! Man that was probably the worst tasting wing I ever had in my life! How could this be a college town with such bad wings?! Luckily my friends let me take a few slices of their pizza. Great pizza...this was the first time that I've had LaRosa's in 10+ years probably. It took me back to when I was a kid getting LaRosa's pizza at King's Island. The thin crust pepperoni was delicious. The drive thru staff was very friendly and the service was very quick. Seriously disappointed with this pizza. This was my first time trying out La Rosas and we got a large pizza for $13. It was honestly worth less than a little caesars pizza. The sauce was overwhelmingly sweet and the crust tasted like cardboard. We're college kids so we're not too picky about what we eat, but we ended up throwing this pizza away because it was so gross. This LaRosas improved 100% a few years ago when the new owners took over. They live close to the restaurant and you will see either Joel or Melissa (or often both) there at all times. It was nice when they greatly expanded into the neighboring shop space a few years ago. It makes it much easier to get a seat during their busy times on weekends. read more

First time eating here last night while visiting a friend. Took a while to get a server (they were really busy). The lady that took our order and our server that took care of us apologized for the wait and they both made sure we had good service for the rest of our visit. Our salads came quick and the sun dried vinaigrette dressing was delicious. My pizza came out hot and very tasty. My friends calzone was not correct with the ingredients. She let our server know and they fixed the error quickly. They took the calzone off our bill and gave us a gift card for their mistake. We were very pleased with our service today and felt like both of our servers went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit. When the new owners took over a couple of years ago this went from one of the worst places in Oxford to one of the best. I am a greater Cincinnati local so I have been to a number of Larosa's.
