My appointment day came and before I left work to go to appointment I was injured and had to go to the emergency room so I called them to let them no I will not make it cause I got hurt and could not even sit in their chair. The lady said well now you have to wait until the last week of Christmas before we can give you a cleaning cause we are booked. She let me know that my daughter would need two teeth extracted. I asked her to do one and then see how my daughter feels, then do the other. She was not happy with this request. The Dentist didn't introduce herself, she just came in and immediately started laying me back and said my xrays didn't show any cavities, but you also need to check the teeth with an explorer to find decay. she didn't check my teeth she didn't period chart to check my gum measurements. she didn't even review my chart til she was walking out the door, to see that I wanted a second opinion. she didn't ask me if I had any pain or areas of concern. she just did an above the gum line cleaning, and polishing. And the water that she used to rinse my mouth smelled. very sad I wasted this visit with my insurance on this place.

I asked him excuse me did you say regular cleaning and explained what this office told me. He said I only needed a regular cleaning not a deep cleaning. From there I made the office and insurance switch to a new dentist. I got a REGULAR cleaning and was told I did not need an implant only a new crown. Get a second opinion if you do take good care of your teeth.

They are very friendly staff from front desk to the back and make it as comfortable as possible. Nurse Assistants are what make this place comfortable. They ask you many times if you have questions or concerns. Specifically to my little ones who are 4yrs and 2yrs. I've come three times, twice with my daughter and once with all three of my kids. My daughter who needed a filling and was nervous about getting a shot. Nurse Marco was patient, and friendly. He made sure she felt comfortable and did what he can to make sure she felt safe. Dr Hashem worked on her filling and was friendly and made sure she was comfortable as well. Both Dr and nurse didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable so they gave her time to gather herself and talk it over with her and I to see if we wanted to go forward with the filling. We finally decided to go forward with it and they asked my daughter if she felt comfortable with the dental hygienist giving her the shot and she did and it went well.
