I showed up 15 minutes early and they were ready and waiting for me. Even before I was taken back they explained to me exactly what was going to happen in the appointment and showed me the price. It was very clear what was covered by insurance and what was not. The part that was not covered I had the option to take off. That alone made me feel much more secure, especially coming from dentist offices, where I was constantly asking myself, am I getting scammed? The hygienist was very good at her job and the doctor was very clear in her communication and helpful. I have two wisdom teeth that still need to come out and even though they are not causing me any pain and getting them removed is not urgent, she still gave me a referral sheet where I could get all the information I need from the oral surgeons listed. All of the great communication, all of the great hospitality is going to be the reason why I going to be coming back to this dentist office.
