Stopped in for one of their lunch special where and it's still a great deal! I enjoyed a club sandwich and it was freshly prepared. The side of fries that came with it were nice and crispy! . My friend enjoyed their burger and thought it was nice and juicy. Service was excellent! It's not overly fancy inside, sort of a hometown place and atmosphere. Will be back! .

Round pizza made into a square. Real Sicilian is crust, cheese, sauce. This is crust, sauce cheese.

I read that here was the best Sicilian pizza in Williamsburg VA - as good as Spumoni Gardens in Brooklyn. Well, I'm from Brooklyn & went to high school a couple of blocks from Spumoni Gardens. I ate their Sicilian, or "square" as we called it, for decades. The product from Larry's is not Sicilian pizza at all. The hallmark of Sicilian pizza is that the cheese is on the crust & covered with sauce - opposite of the round variety. Additionally, Sicilian pizza has a thick crust & it's baked in the pizza oven in a black iron pan. It's the granddad of 'deep dish'. Sicilian is thick, stiff, non-folding, and a bubbling good time where the cheese is completely melted & adheres well to the cooked base crust. Larry's takes a round pizza & simply makes it square. They do not bake it properly making the 4 center pieces, trash. Complete soup in the middle. So it's not Sicilian & 1/4 is garbage. This is not to say that it's not the best Sicilian in Williamsburg. I kept & ate their 12 pieces on the edge whereas I've thrown out entire pies I've bought in this pathetic pizza town. The crust tastes ok. That's better right there. The sauce is good. The cheese should be melted so I can't really say the quality, as lower quality cheeses leach oil onto the pizza instead of evenly melting. My pizza still had individual nodules of cheese. I will not be patronizing Larry's again.

This is one of our favorite places to eat here in the Burg. It's close to our home and the food is awesome

My husband and I are new to the Williamsburg area and we took our three kids to eat lunch after accidentally driving by Larry's Italian.

First them meal: Outstanding. The wifey and I both ordered small pizzas. Mine was the All Meat and the wifey ordered the Arugula and Prosciutto. Let me say again both were outstanding and tasted amazing. When talking about my old meat pizza out of the four or five meats on mine with standard it out above the others was the sausage. Had an absolutely wonderful flavor. But surprisingly it didn't overpower when it was combined with the other meats. As for the wife, this is the second time she's had this combination type Pizza. The first time was in an authentic Italian restaurant, but was in Mexico. Yeah, that's kind of crazy pizza in Mexico but at that location down there it was incredible enough to make my wife want it again and this is the first time we have found a location that served a similar pizza. The arugula was fresh, not welted and really popped with flavor. Now both the wife and I had to really agree that the crust for both pizzas was not that heavy dough type. It had a little fluff to it, making it not weighing in your belly after you eat it. Staff: our server was outstanding as well. Very intentive checked on us several times and we even had some conversation back-and-forth. I believe we may have talked also to the owner who was sitting out front. If nothing else he was the manager again another very friendly man that we enjoyed our conversation with. As for the location: we found it very clean. And well kept. If you look at my other past reviews at locations via visited the one thing we really base cleanliness on is sometimes the restrooms. Well, in a shared ladies/men room, it was also very clean and well kept. So I will say again, outstanding location, outstanding staff, and wonderful food. If you're in the area absolutely I would recommend this for your lunchtime meal. We absolutely look forward to going back at a later time and trying some of the other dishes they offer.

The menu also has so many food options, making it easy to find something for everyone. The food overall was great and very enjoyable. However, I would not recommend the brownie and chocolate sundae dessert. The brownie and cookie were cold and hard, which made the dessert disappointing. On the positive side, the carrot cake was huge and definitely worth sharing -- easily enough for 3-4 people. The service was excellent as well. Our waiter was very attentive throughout the meal and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, Second Street American delivers great food variety, strong service, and a family-friendly atmosphere, with just a few misses on dessert.

I've been all over Italy, Asia, and No America...and this is easily the best pizza I have ever had. The small pizza is still huge, even my 15yo couldn't finish the four slices. The service was attentive and wonderful. Our server was kind, helpful, and interacted really well with our kiddos. I will say that it's a little loud, so that could be overwhelming for some people. But the restaurant is super clean, the decor is fun, and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect at a busy pizzeria. I cannot recommend this place enough. The ambiance is like a dim lighted factory. It's connected to a few other eateries and brewery with restrooms in the lobby of all facilities. Ordered the pretzel bites with a beer cheese. These were good in the sense of being soft, chewy dough balls to dip in cheese. I don't believe they tasted like pretzels at all. They tasted more like the pizza dough, but still a good appetizer. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Dough was fluffy and airy. It seemed a bit over proofed. The pepperoni overcrowded the top and made for a very greasy topping. Sauce is sweeter than my liking. The taste was similar to a commercial chain pizza so younger children tend to love that. Overall, an interesting setting. We left with full bellies and prices were reasonable.
