I ordered the brisket sandwich. I've eaten a lot of brisket at a lot of places but I've never had it charred over fire. It shockingly good. I would say maybe the best brisket I've ever had. The meat itself was super tender but still moist, then the char brought out all the flavor. I tried the sauces, all of which were good but the meat was the star of the show. I honestly didn't care for the mustard potato salad but didn't mind because there was so much meat on the plate. I'll stop here every time I'm in the area. 10/10
