From setup to prep to final detailing, everything was calmly and precisely executed. Their process is clearly borne of years working together. For us, everything was carefully hand painted, no spray guns, and the details clearly show the experience and skill they bring to the job. -Energetically, it was such a relief. I found him (Ray, the owner) when I admired a job REALPainting was doing down the block from me. They were incredibly neat, the bushes were totally covered, the house looked great and I decided to give them a call. REALPainting. Ray has his stuff together. Will offer his referrals and insurance info first meeting. And then the job...just excellent. We were lucky to get Jaime as our painter and I think the other man was Kevin? Ray was a constant part of the process, but we had to live with Jaime and Kevin (?) for a little over a week as they painted both the outside and much of the inside of our home. And they were easy to live with, taking care of every detail with precision. Simply EXCELLENT work. I'm married to a retired General Contractor and he is very picky about any kind of work that is done and he can find no fault. I did say they painted much of the interior and I was going to take care of the small area that I didn't ask them to paint. Bad decision. He was incredibly responsive and patient as we navigated the 10,000 different shades of exterior white. He picked up many samples for us and came by multiple times to look at them with us and helped us narrow things down. All of the restoration work was so good, we had many 100-year old wood windows that needed a lot of attention and repair, and they look brand new. Our whole house was covered in ivy too, so there was a lot of repair to the stucco that was done perfectly. We are so happy with the results, looks like a brand new house! The crew we had were professional, friendly, on-time every day and SO clean. Everything was picked up and tidied every day. They quoted us 2.5 weeks for the job and completed right on time. I selected Felix because of the details of the quote that includes the prep work, paint used, number of coats applied and the warranty. They are also licensed and insured. That saves a lot of back and forth questions and answers between me and the contractor. Prep work & On time: Once I paid the deposit, the job was scheduled within 2 weeks (during Christmas/New Year season). The painters were polite and arrived on time. They are thorough with the prep work. The job was done in a bit over two days. Follow up: After the paint was done and final payment made, we noticed there were some touch up work needed. They provided update every day on when the painter could come and they came on time within couple days.
