It seemed like the crew may have been stretched across multiple jobs, and I overheard a conversation in Spanish that two of the workers were hired "just for this job." That gave me some concern about the consistency and experience of the team assigned to our project. Several areas were also missed, including baseboards and doors. Since the colors were both white, it seemed like they may have assumed we would not notice. Felix did come by a few times to check on the project, but the interactions felt uncomfortable. When I pointed things out, it often seemed like he thought I was asking for extra work rather than asking for the original scope to be completed properly. The most disappointing issue was that paint was poured into our landscaping, which ended up killing two trees. Overall, Felix was great during the estimate process, but the execution and care during the project were not what we expected.
