We waited until Monday and then started to call dentists' offices close to our home. WELL - they were all closed for "spring break" - wow! I had earlier seen good reviews on here for Dr. Seth, so even though his office is 30 minutes drive from home, in desperation I called to see if they could work my husband in? They surely could! And they were so nice on the phone, explaining that they were NOT providers for our insurance but would bill on our behalf. Turned out that my husband had to lose that tooth, it was cracked and had a very old crown on it and was badly infected. I was so impressed with the professionial treatment that I set up my own appointment for an exam. I found Dr. Seth very patient, willing to explain anything I had questions about, good sense of humor too! Sadly because they are not providers for our insurance, and because our dental coverage is for preventive only, it is all coming out of pocket but we're so pleased with the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire office that we are willing to pay for our treatment there. The final nail in the coffin was when Kelly who left a message on my voicemail and later Pam a couple of weeks ago turned around and said yes it will be """"""$50""""" to have your records printed up. So suddenly they've now found my records and might I add I paid for my own x-rays to begin with. $50 for what a few pieces of paper to be printed up? Greed will be the downfall of humankind! Scheduled a cleaning and exam for a couple months later. I called 6 weeks in advance of my appointment to reschedule as I have a work conflict. On the phone they tell me that they can squeeze me in for EITHER a cleaning OR an exam, not both on the same day... in December. It is currently March. This is infuriating and at that point they should be wasting less of people's time and simply say they are not accepting new patients. I am going to find a new dentist, they grow on trees around here, and I am going to share my experience with every single person I can.

He's honest and doesn't do work you don't need. I was there getting my teeth cleaned and the girl did a great job. She did notice something wrong with one of my tooth and showed the dentist. He took an X-ray and explained to me what I should do and offered to do it that day. So I waited and he fixed that tooth. This way I didn't damage it more. The employees here are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this dental office.

On 11/20, she called to move my 12/3 appointment from 11:30 AM to 11:00 AM -- no issue there. However, on 12/2, she left a voicemail "confirming" my appointment for 12/3 at 11:30 AM. Naturally confused, I called back and clarified that my appointment had been changed to 11:00 AM. She confirmed, again, that the time was 11:00 AM. I arrived today at 10:45 AM for that appointment, only to be told she couldn't locate me in the system. After I played the voicemail she left, she realized she had actually scheduled me for 12/4 at 11:30 AM. Since this is not the first time these kinds of errors have occurred, I informed her that I would like to be removed from the schedule and would no longer be continuing as a patient. She then attempted to charge me a cancellation fee because it was "within 24 hours." I had to remind her that, according to her own system, my appointment was listed as 12/4 at 11:30 AM -- well outside any 24-hour window. To summarize: Laura provided the wrong date and the wrong time, twice, and then attempted to charge me for her own mistake. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Do better.

I may pivot and move to these guys as my permenant dentist. Aesthetically, their office isn't posh or boushy. It's pretty bland if I'm being honest. But don't be fooled by the unassuming interior or exterior, the Doc here knows what he's doing and his staff supports him in all the right ways!
