Replacing it requires taking apart lots of stuff. More than I feel comfortable with. So I had these guys do it for me. They did a good job. While it was there I asked them to see if they could see a reason why my brakes were dragging on one side after I did the brakes a few days earlier. The greased then and made sure they were moving freely and didn't charge me for it. They were knowledgeable about each problem I threw at them and made easy work of it.

After three weeks of not hearing anything I did receive a phone call and was told that while they replaced my screen they broke the center button and will have to order a new one. I said ok and after 4 weeks I hadn't heard anything and called and was told they were still waiting for the part. A week later I received a phone call letting me know that they had fried the mother board of my iPad and had to order a new iPad in to replace mine. A few days later I was called to let me know that my iPad arrived and was ready for pick up. They asked me where the Sim card was and I had left it in my old device that was damaged but it wasn't there any longer. When I arrived I was still charged for the screen repair of $200 dollars which I thought was a bit weird due to them taking two months to damage and replace the original but either way I paid it and left. I'm still puzzled where the Sim card went and why with my new device I never received a box with it just was handed it and walked out after paying. The customer service was not the best and the small town nice feeling was definitely not there. I worked with AT&T and will be getting a new sim card but as much as I like to shop local I won't be able to work with them again or even recommend them to anybody.

We looked up the Bitworks and went into Taylors Falls to see their shop. We were pleasantly surprised with the location and dropped off the desktop for repair. We had some work done and some other issues appeared when we got it home! I called and Riley and the owner of Bitworks worked to get it fixed. (A driver issue). One was about a year ago after someone ran into it with a forklift at work and I just returned from picking it up after the deer hit. I could go on and on about craftsmanship but I don't have a clue what it takes. All I can tell you (and all I really care about) is that after they are done everything looks as new. Unless you know the car before you wouldn't be able to tell where any work was done. Sheet metal, paint, etc. looks flawless. The service is as good as the work and very friendly as well. Free loaner on both occasions, work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, they inform you of any possible savings to be had and they pass them on to you. My non damaged headlight was faded and burned out prior to hitting the deer. They polished it to match the new one and did what they could to get it working (ended up being a module). I had painted the grill to match the vehicle, again they replicated that as well after calling to see what I used. The car was cleaned and vacuumed as well even though all work was exterior.... everything at no charge. It's my body shop of choice and will recommend them to anyone needing work done.

We were taken to an office stepping over a multitude of tools and parts the entire way. He handed us a paper for a different unit something I could have printed. I really wanted to give this guy a chance Even tho my gut said run. The process of getting estimates printed was slow. The more questions we asked the more up set the older gentleman got. First estimate was several hundred more then quoted on phone he admitted it was with out us saying. I asked for the air conditioner quote and before he finished he said "I feel like Im just wasting my time here, you already have other quotes. I said yes we had made calls. I asked if he could print an estimate for the air conditioner again. He basically said he was done with us. We got up and left. I don't know what the issue was this is the process of doing business. My gut said these guys are not on the up and up. Place is scetchy, very messy, no clear information on their work or products. Prices are only about 100$ cheaper than other places. There is a reference to being thankful to God on the homemade sign I was hopeful of a positive experience. I prayed while i was there. God clearly made the decision for us as the guy practically threw us out.
