Our adventure starts during Pine City's city-wide garage sale. We came to town to check out the…read moresales and as we were following signs hither-thither, we came across Stan's Equipment Center and were like, hmmmm. We'd been looking at used tractors for over a year, but hadn't really found anything that we wanted or that fit our needs. We had honestly just decided to start looking at new and there was Stan's pretty tractors, all in a row. It was too late on a Saturday so after the garage sales closed, we came home and found Stan's Equipment Center online and started looking at tractors... and we started to get excited. The prices were fantastic! Using their contact form from the website, we shot off a few questions about the CT1021 and the CT1025 Bobcats and early the next week, Jason started answering all our questions. By the middle of the week, we were comfortable enough to plan to come on Saturday to see the CT1025 in person. Jason was great about answering all our questions via email, which is my preferred form of communication. On Saturday, one week after discovering Stan's Equipment Center, we drove back to Pine City and met Jason and checked out the CT1025 Bobcat. We found it perfect for our needs and the deal was struck. A simple straightforward sale with no games, no pressure, no stress, just some conversation that led to a great sale: a couple of country boys talking about tractors. Our Bobcat CT 1025 was delivered the following Tuesday and we've already used it to clear stumps and move sand (we live in the "Isanti Sand" area. *wry grin*) I highly recommend Stan's Equipment Center for all your land ownership and agriculture needs.

I thought I could call a reputable implement shop so I didn't need to do any research and order the belts online myself. I thought I could trust a small business. They gave me the incorrect belt the first time I came. After that I did my research and told them to order me a 23" belt. They called me and said it came in and they had a 27" belt and told me to try it. As per expected it was too long. I called and told them to order a new belt that was 23" and they called back and said they had it... it was a 25" belt that was once again too long. After way too many trips back and forth just for them the continue to give me the wrong belt. I am 22 years old and they have treated me like I am an infant. They have shown me no respect and talk to me like I am brain dead. I will never do business with them again.

Dropped off the rim to have the new tire put on and it was back to me within 48 hours. Here is where the 5 star service comes in, the gentleman that helped me check out was incredibly kind and helpful, he answered all my questions about this, that, and the other thing. I got home and quickly put the tire on. It immediately went flat... called to ask what could have happened, they said bring it back in and they would fix it right there. I get the tire off and it was 100% my fault. I put the tire on backwards (like an idiot) and the valve ripped off. Again, this was completely my fault, they did the tire perfectly, I just wasn't paying attention and in a hurry to get the gator back in commission. I brought it in, tail tucked, and explained my mental shortcomings. The same gentleman that checked me out took it back and fixed it for me right there. 10/10 customer service 10/10 staff 10/10 work. If you have any service needs, I cannot recommend the service department at century enough.

I tried ace hardware with no success and then took the unit over to Century Power equipment to see if they could help. The service manager got the spark plug out and the parts dept found the one I needed and service installed it right away. I had never been to Century before and was really pleased with what they were able to do for me right away.
