The Dominican mixed meat platter was actually called fried chicken, but there was no fried chicken in it, it was more of a mixed grill plate with two types of sausage, pork ribs, chicharrones, and baked chicken. The food was tasty. Nothing out of this world. The salads were pre-dressed before packaging and were pretty soggy (and the avocado was very brown) on arrival. The mangu was crumbly and bland, more like a mofongo. The other food arrived lukewarm, something fixable but not great if one expects to eat right after the food is delivered. We also ordered 4 juices. I specified 4 different flavors that appealed to me. Two apparently were unavailable, but rather than call me to ask for substitutions, they just chose the substitutions for me. I would have preferred that they double up on the two available flavors rather than give me two random ones as I really don't love tamarindo juice, so that ended up poured down the drain. I will say that the carrot lemon juice was my son's favorite, so that was a good surprise. The passion fruit juice was good. The orange juice with sweetened condensed milk was not great, would not order again. All in all, this place is fine, and certainly, for mostly being a grocery store, the prepared foods are pretty good. Would I order from them again? Maybe.
