Before the Plumbers could get under the crawl Space, I called Advanced Restoration team led by Chris Lucero, The team worked under the crawl space, which I have first hand knowledge was not easy. They worked Diligently pulling out sewage, mud, and dirt to cleanup the mess and replace with clean field dirt. The team did a tremendous job, their Professionalism, Expertise and Working safely under unpleasant conditions is to be commanded. Thank you Chris Steven and AR crew. When he got to my door (7-29-2025) he said to me I've talked to a lot of people, "what is the reason for this call??? 1st red flag! The equipment he said he had was not with him!! His partner that was with had to return alone with 2 different moisture meters 0ne for walls and one for carpet. Marcus did not write anything down, took one picture on my phone showing the meter reading against the wall had moisture. He also said they have nothing to detect anything but moisture, not what Chris bragged about over the phone! When I called back today (7-31-2025) Chris became rude didn't want to do invoice, quoted $350, originally quoted $225 ! He said they were too busy for that! I don't believe they are licensed or bonded. He must have paid for those 3 five star reviews. Stay away from this so called company!

Michael Lewis, the "owner" (checks were made out to his father Robert Lewis) has no idea what he is doing and his team of employees and contractors were extremely sloppy, did a terrible job at every turn, disrespected our home, took advantage of our patience and frankly were very lazy in every aspect of business. We called Rainbow in for mold remediation, and to replace carpet w tile in two bedrooms. We were quoted a time frame of approximately a week and a half total. We ended up paying thousands of dollars to live elsewhere for 3 weeks, while they had repeated "emergencies" and put us off numerous times. Michael blamed the delay of ordered tile, however the tile arrived on a Thursday, the team had a set appointment for Monday morning, never showed, so my father called them. They arrived, hours later, and left for another "emergency" before beginning any tile work. Days later, they began the worse tile job I've ever seen. My father did flooring professionally in his younger years and was monitoring them, because Michael did virtually no oversight of the job at all. You can see from the included photos that the job is uneven, the grout lines don't match, tiles in the corner are half the size they should be and grout was literally flung all over the walls, up to eye level. My father, knowing the business, spoke to Michael about the contractors not cleaning the grout residue off of the tile, and we were, as we had been throughout, blown off. Days later, even after having been told by my father three times that the tile wasn't clean, pictures attached show the final product with grout in the texture of the tile. When I came in and saw the condition of my room, covered in grout, some which had been wiped into the texture of the wall, I told Jacob that they would have to paint my walls, because there was no way they could get the mess off, he nodded and smiled and expressed the desire to rectify the problem, promising me that the walls in my room would be painted. Later that evening, Michael called and spoke to my father, expressing that they would NOT paint my room. I took the phone and when I told Michael that Jacob had promised me earlier in the day, he said "no he didn't". After almost 3 weeks of delays, lies, shoddy work, and general incompetence, calling me a liar was the absolute last straw. He questioned my honesty and ability to tell whether they could "clean" the grout covered baseboards and walls, to avoid having to make the situation right. The conversation continued to escalate, as Michael has very poor customer service skills and wanted to ARGUE about the failings of his company. I had to threaten to withhold final payment and stop payment on the original payment in order to get him to agree to attempt to remedy the issue as was promised. The next day I noticed that the patch that they did on my wall was already cracking, Michael again questioned my intelligence and questioned whether that was their work and asked how I knew they did it. When Michael finally showed up, he was very sour and he tried to isolate Jacob in my room, in order to avoid mutual accountability. I insisted that they remain together in the room and they FINALLY admitted that the painting issue was THEIR miscommunication and then I literally had to force Michael to apologize for suggesting that I had been lying. It was like getting a begrudging apology from a child. Michael has a great deal to learn about dealing with unhappy customers. There was a half inch of grout mud left in both bathrooms and even after asking Jacob, Michael's co worker, THREE times to clean it out, it was left barely rinsed. Jacob made promise after promise that were either ignored or had to be repeated more than twice. They didn't bother to clean up their mess or even move shelving or belongings back where they belonged. All things mentioned were pointed out to either Michael, Jacob or both. They left trash in our front yard that was pointed out several times, which they never picked up. The paint job is absolutely horrible. They didn't even move an A/C window exhaust hose to paint the sill underneath and pictures show that they didn't even wipe the vent clean before painting around it and missed spots entirely. Jacob mentioned cutting out the excess stucco of the wall patch in order to replace the light switch, three times and still never did it. Days later I discovered that they had gotten paint on an antique sewing machine that's been in my family for 5 generations, half ass wiped it and left paint there. So they KNEW they'd gotten it there and not only didn't try to clean it, they didn't even have to courtesy to mention it. In fact, just two days ago, I found my window curtain wadded up and stuffed into the bottom of a laundry hamper, with paint specks all over it, completely ruined. Grout is crumbling. Reporting to BBB.
