This is my favorite place to get Al pastor tacos. They are just so flavorful! Today we ordered our usual Al pastor tacos (never disappoints) and a steak burrito which was very good too! We pair this up with their green avocado salsa (mild spice). The salsa is a must! Customer service today was very attentive and nice, we even got free nachos with beans! The only downside is that it's cash only, but I mean it's minor and doable/ so worth it!

Yum, yum give me some. This place has amazing tacos and salsa and it's clean and friendly. The staff were very gracious and helpful. We had to order two separate times because we HAD to have more tacos. We only had to wait 5 minutes and we were enjoying our food. We ordered food from another restaurant nearby and went for a walk to kill time. Instead, we ended up eating here and bringing home the other food. The Jamaica drink was good too. Highly recommended eatery with fresh chips, salsa and tacos. Lots of free parking, outdoor seating and it even has an atm. It's cash only so be ready to bring in the paper. I will be back, my pics speak for themselves. Loved that they have hand sanitizer dispensers readily available for your use while you visit.

I was told, by locals, to try out this restaurant. I'm glad I listened! The food was so good and the girl who served us was SO nice. Customer service was a 10/10. I plan on eating here again when I visit Santa Clarita the next time!

    - Hi, I'd like a pick up order please. - Okay - 3 carnitas, 3 cabeza, 5 lengua, 40 asada - Wait 4? - No 4-ty - 4, 0? - Yeah 40 - Uhhh, okay... that's it? - No, 25 al pastor please - 25? - Yeah and 4 pollo - Okay, 20 minutes When I got there everything from salsas, plates, napkins, cilantro and radishes were packed and ready for me and my co-workers to enjoy. Great service and great tacos as always. They also deliver if it's not too late on orders $20 or more and it's cash only but seriously folks how many taco stands/trucks take credit? Know where you are dining and how much credit card fees are... it's $1 a freakin' taco. Oh and that new fountain, it's mine... well it was paid for by all the tacos I've had here and all my referrals

Nothing goes better with fine white wine than Las Delicias late night BYOB tacos

When dining in, they serve you warm chips and salsa on the house and refill them as needed. There's lots of meat, vegetarian, and seafood options on the menu. I got the seafood chile relleno without cheese and was very pleased. It was filled with shrimp and fish and served on a bed of rice and sauce. It wasn't too heavy either. Online the restaurant closes at 9, but the staff were very accommodating and stayed open past the posted hours. Service was quick and there was pianist playing live music (Friday night). Would eat there again.

But, When I ordered burrito, I was asked if I wanted it ala carte and I said yes. But, my burrito ala carte, was the smallest burrito I've seen yet and I eat a lot of burritos. And it was expensive. (Only 2.00 less for ala carte..would have been nice to have been told that and encouraged to just get the added beans and rice for 2.00 more). Did they give me kids burrito? If not, what size would kid burrito be? (Like a taquito size ?) Also, Piano player was playing, which normally I would be super happy about, but it was kinda cheesy with covers and background music playing. At times we felt we were on Disneyland ride with the music playing. This place has a lot of potential. Space is cool with patio. If we do come back, I won't sit inside or order my favorite, a burrito. I would try something different...but pricey

It's time for Taco Tuesday!…read more Every week, my wife and I decided to try a different place for Taco Tuesday. Last night I decided to try El Pato Mexican on Lyons Avenue in Newhall based off searching for Taco Tuesday. Even though my search showed that El Pato had Taco Tuesday, they did not. I almost left. However, I was committed and in search for the best Tuesday Tacos. Therefore, I ordered 6 Carne Asada street style tacos. The young lady at the register told me they put a few pinto beans on the taco, is that okay? I found out in Central Mexico (Mexico City) and parts of the north, I.e., Sonora & Chihuahua Mexico, this is part of the culture. The southern regions they tend to use black beans. Anyway, the young lady told me that they use the full size corn tortillas when in fact, they use the street style corn tortillas. Two out of my 4 tacos were loaded and the other two were very small and fatty. The first two were really tasty though. At $3.89 a piece plus tax = $4.27, it is way over priced for the value for a street taco. They even charge $11 for a basic Bean N Cheese Burrito. This is my ranking: Taste - *** Price/value - ** Service - ***** Cleanliness - **** Atmosphere - **** Respectfully, Taco man Wedo!

The place already had great reviews, so we figured we had to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! The gentleman who took our order was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we walked in. I also appreciated that they offer slightly lower pricing if you pay with cash. We all ended up ordering chilaquiles--one plate with green sauce and the other two with red sauce--and got our eggs over easy. Let me just say: these were hands down some of the best chilaquiles we've had in the area. The flavor, texture, and portion sizes were all top notch. I also loved that they have an open salsa bar along with complimentary chips for every order. Little touches like that really make the experience even better. There's also plenty of seating inside, and they have a restroom located in the back, which is always convenient when dining with kids. Plates here all are priced around $16-$20 a plate, with lots of different traditional flavors, and a host of specialty drinks with a full bar. It's not huge here, but it's one of the few bars in the area, and I would probably make it a staple given the cantinas in Newhall. I tried their sopes, which was 1 for $9.99 and was so friggin huge(I didn't even finish it), and the flavors were dialed in. Fresh and robust ingredients. Salsa was enjoyable too. I was initially craving a Michelada, which was what brought me here, and they happened to have the "Michelada Loka" which was pretty epic for $20. A Modelo and a Corona Michelada, upside down, in a large glass, adorned with shrimp, tajin, and chamoy. Totally my style, and reminds me of "Dos Pistolas" from "Los Originales" down the street, but I digress. I loved the drink but it was a bit pricey, but will definitely be back for it again. All in all, worth the $30 something bucks, I will be back, and if I was in my 20s I'd be here weekly. You should've try it if Hispanic bars are your thing. To each his own. Cheers'
