I overate, which was a problem but in a good way because I fell asleep immediately after we got back to the hotel. We were doing a crazy travel week where we were in 5 states, two countries for meetings, so not a lot of rest. It's part of a chain but this one was clean, friendly, with great execution on the food. The chips are home made as are the tortillas. I was transcended back to Mexico where we would get tortillas from the ladies at the tortilleria. This menudo is definitely not from a can. It is brothy, deep in chili flavor, and they are not greedy with the tripe.
