First visit, This Taco truck is not your ordinary taco truck it has restaurant quality in my opinion. I've had about 8 different dishes there, phenomenal. Taco sauces are homemade and delicious. The meat, chicken, pastor, lengua, are tender and the quesabirrias are jummy, this gem as been right under my nose along! Enjoyed the food! The place was suggested by a friend, It was Great! Best food I have had in a long time. Another visit I had the asada and cabeza tacos and they were amazing. The quality was great as well as the price. I can't believe they have the same HAND MADE CORN QUESADILLAS I have in Michoacan!!! Simplemente the best I love them!! Today, I also tried their new location in Orchards, I had a regular steak burrito loved their homemade rice and beans, and very decent steak it was NOT the same exquisite PREMIUM Asada that they used to have, but I understand that after COVID, stores are out of everything, let's keep supporting our Local businesses! Great Qesabirrias with consome. I had a horchata, and my husband got mangonada, which was very delicious. You can feel the taste of fresh mango. Horchata was amazing rice cinnamon and milky flavor, very traditional and delicious! I tried the PUFFY TACOS! OMG I had them only once in Houston TX, so I was surprised to see it on their menu because I haven't seen anywhere also. Try it with birria or chicken and enchilada sauce it's amazing! They really enjoy what they do, I saw them today during lunch laughing and joking around and at the same time they were running and super fast wrapping burritos and assembling tacos, which by the way I enjoy seeing since they have huge windows and you can see through how they cook your food, which I think it's pretty cool. Best Quesabirrias I ever had. I love Mexican food but in this area it's hard to find a good restaurant and I sincerely preferred to stay away from food carts because I always get sick. Food was delicious, fish tacos were on point and the orange salsa excellent. Loved the Caramel and chocolate churros! Warm and fresh made. I highly recommend this place for those that want to have an unique experience. Just try to avoid lunch, it's a bunch of construction workers that lunch there at 12pm. Great Atmosphere for a food cart! So far I have tried the delicious quesabirrias and the sope both excellent.
