I had never been to this restaurant before and called to place an order of 25 burritos for my team. The gentleman who answered was patient and respectful while taking my order and answering my questions. I asked if the burritos could be cut in half, and he let me know they were busy so it might take a little longer. I told him I didn't mind waiting. About 3 minutes later, I called back to add 5 more burritos, bringing the total to 30. This time a woman answered, and her tone was noticeably dismissive. When I asked to add to the order, she replied, "Yes, but we won't be able to cut them. We're too busy." I explained that cutting them was important and that I was more than willing to wait, but she refused. I told her I'd need to cancel the order, and she laughed and asked, "Why?" After explaining again, she suddenly agreed but said it would take an additional 15 minutes. I had no issue with that and confirmed the order. When I arrived, I could hear her cussing in the kitchen which didn't bother me as it wasn't cussing at anyone but it was talking about a 50 burrito order, and the gentleman preparing the order seemed rushed. I reassured him there was no hurry, tipped 20%, and thanked him for taking care of it. However, when I got to the job site, none of the burritos were cut despite the confirmation. Although my team enjoyed the food, I wouldn't return because of the inconsistency, lack of honesty, and poor customer service. My stars 1for cleanliness 2 team enjoyed the burritos 3/5 read more

Had to rate one star just to be able to post review it doesn't deserve not even one star!!! NOT AN AUTHENTIC MEXICAN RESTAURANT! Came expecting authentic good Mexican food. Came and first off staff was not to friendly, never welcomed us or even said hello. The different Aguas frescas were not fresh at all but from the fountain machine. We then paid and received our food which to our surprise was not what we expected. We ordered a shredded beef burrito and received ground beef, let the staff know in which asked if we wanted another burrito... obviously being we ordered shredded beef not ground beef. Second burrito was made within two minutes!!! Upon receiving second burrito it was the exact same thing. Also ordered a chicharrón burrito where chicharrón was beyond hard and out hard shell tacos were the exact same meat they used to make burritos. Thanks for being there every morning. What is there not to like about this place? Fast, friendly, great tasting, and inexpensive.

We bought 10 little tacos which were pretty good, and one mild smothered burrito. When we got home my husband started to eat the burrito and realized it was the extra hot sauce. He returned with it and told the young man behind the counter who argued with him stating it was mild. When he finally agreed to remake the burrito with mild sauce he stepped around the corner out of view which left us all concerned as to what he was actually putting in or on the burrito. When my husband returned home the mild sauce was perfectly fine. Be careful of the young kid that works there he is not friendly and could be spitting in your tacos. read more

Disclaimer: I can only speak for the breakfast burritos here. they are very good! I would take one from here over the more well-known Colorado Mexican chain any day. The downside to this place is the people/service. Not very friendly at all. And when I called to order a number of burritos to take to work with me, no one answered the phone. We have probably eaten here at least 20 or more times in the last 2 years. I absolutely LOVE the $2 breakfast burritos! Another favorite are the Tacos Adovada. If you get 5 tacos you get a free bowl of spicy bean soup. I am not sure what the soup is called or even what all is in it, all I know for sure is that it's delicious! Very good prices. I haven't tried many of the other menu items because I just stick to what I already know I love. Came in here with a work group and while this place is cheap for lunch my order was bland. For the price I can't complain. I left full and it only cost me 7 bucks for 3 fish tacos. But they were pretty bland. All of my work group except one said the same thing. Not enough spices used or something. Their food is very good when they are on top of it but have noticed as I went more frequently, it is not very clean. I went in the afternoon once and the lady working was on her way out with a cigarette in her mouth. She took and prepared my order without washing her hands. If there is one person behind the counter, they will handle your money and then prepare your food and you will not see or hear them wash their hands. Not real impressed. Although I had a nice, friendly interaction with the ladies behind the counter and the restaurant appeared clean and tidy, I've had much, much better Mexican take-out. I had the "handheld" barbacoa burrito which lacked flavor, perhaps from being over-powered by the flavor of grease that pooled in the bottom of the tin foil and eventually seeped out and onto my pants... it took quite a while to get that taste out of my mouth.
