It was highly recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! I got there right when they opened (11 am) and was greeted by a friendly and sweet lady ( Elizabeth). I was given complimentary chips and salsa ( love the habanero along with regular salsa). I got the lunch special that came with an enchilada and tamale (#3) along with rice and beans. WOW,,,UNDER 13 BUCKS! The tamale was my favorite with alot of flavor and the rest of the dish was super delicious as well! They have a large selection of beer ( wine also available). I love being able to sit down in an air conditioned restaurant and relax! I would normally spend over 20 bucks for the same dish! Wallet friendly! Seasoning was on point! Still had leftovers! The restaurant is very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Plenty of parking ! Such a great experience and will definitely be back for carne asada and albondigas soup! I like that they have outside covered seating for your fur baby and humans! They also have inside seating. I ordered the 2 enchilada plate with rice and beans. The enchiladas had carne asada and it was pretty good. Love their salsas ( red and green). Spicy but not too spicy! Leftovers as always! Friendly employees ( thank you Argelia! ) and very helpful! They also have beer and sodas. They have pozole on the menu as well. Good experience and good food!

I've had everything on the menu so far except for the fries. I haven't been disappointed yet. In fact it is now my favorite place to get Mexican in Colusa. Do your tastebuds a favor and give them a try. Especially the avocado sauce.

Although not much to look at when you drive by but inside is nice and airy and comfortable! I ordered the breakfast burrito to go. It was full of eggs..potatoes..bacon and the salsa was nice and spicy! It was HUGE! The young lady did a really good job on making the burrito! Authentic flavors! The seating was both a covered open air inside or you could sit outside where it is uncovered. Dog friendly! Menudo on Sundays. Taco Tuesdays for 1.50 each! What a pleasant surprise! I also got the pub pretzels ( two pretzels) that comes with their beer cheese. TIP: Ask them to undercook them so when you reheat the pretzels they are not rock hard! Plus they taste better!
