Overall, not bad. The food is consistent, and the the breakfast burritos are good. I have eaten here a few times, and I would go back.

The al pastor burrito was mostly rice and beans. Very little meat. My buddy got a quesadilla that was good, but small.

Visited August 29 2025. See my receipt as always…read more I was craving Mexican food and I found this great restaurant in Colusa ( Off Fremont Street). It was highly recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! I got there right when they opened (11 am) and was greeted by a friendly and sweet lady ( Elizabeth). I was given complimentary chips and salsa ( love the habanero along with regular salsa). I got the lunch special that came with an enchilada and tamale (#3) along with rice and beans. WOW,,,UNDER 13 BUCKS! The tamale was my favorite with alot of flavor and the rest of the dish was super delicious as well! They have a large selection of beer ( wine also available). I love being able to sit down in an air conditioned restaurant and relax! I would normally spend over 20 bucks for the same dish! Wallet friendly! Seasoning was on point! Still had leftovers! The restaurant is very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Plenty of parking ! Such a great experience and will definitely be back for carne asada and albondigas soup! Thank you Elizabeth for your superior service! 5 stars and 5 star service!

The service was good, the restrooms were spotless-as all rural communities tend to have cleaner bathrooms. The food came out in a timely manner which was appreciated.

Okay, so full disclosure I am totally addicted to their gochujang chicken in any form - whether…read moreit's in a wrap or a salad - that chicken is literally some of the best I've ever had. This place is so cool. Right on the Sacramento River just (literally) a couple minutes outside of downtown Colusa and the vibe is rustic casual. They even have some nice patio and deck space that sits just off the river for nice water views and space for live music, which is always amazing. The service is usually lovely and attentive and the gals who serve there are accomodating and kind. Try the green bean fries - the sauce is bomb and these crowd-pleasers are always crispy and served hot! Burgers are delicious (try the Texas Toothpick burger), too! Nice selection of beer and cocktails too (straight tequila for me) - so yes, they have a FULL BAR! Great place to meet for lunch or after work with friends or even a great place for a family get-together, as they have something for everyone. GO: 5-stars! *****

Had kettle chips for my side and pint of Farmer's Valle. The sandwich came so quick I made a bad pun about fast food. It was tender, hot, and quite tasty, on a warm soft bun. The beef was very thinly sliced and plentiful, seasoned perfectly. The chips were fresh and crispy. I requested horseradish and they gave me raw. It just made the sandwich taste even better! I am a happy camper right now.
