I confirmed the day before the trip and assured we would sit together. We were picked up by a shuttle exactly on time and taken to Excaliber and transfered to a bigger bus. Not the same bus as online...but it was big and airconditioned. We were handed a blue plastic bag with a packaged cinnamon roll, banana, & a bottle of oj. Our seats were reserved with our party name and we all sat together. We were happy with our sitting arrangment. Steve our bus driver had lots of good info about Vegas, Hoover Dam, & Grand Canyon. Yes, it was corny at times but we enjoyed his humor. We stopped for a photo opportunity at the dam for 15 mins. Which was plenty enough time for us. We watched a movie on Hoover Dam and NationalTreasure on the way to GC. When we got to GC we got out box lunch that consisted of a turkey sandwich, chips, cookies and bottle water. I opted to eat my lunch later... Still full with breakfast bag of goodies. We decided the free Blue Line shuttle from Bright Angle to Mather Point. Please do make the mistake we did and take the stop at Mather Camp Ground. It's not the same.. Wasted time waiting for the next shuttle... Once at Mather Point did we set our eyes on the grandure of the Grand Canyon. Can't believe how fast 3 hours goes by. It wasn't long till we boarded the Blue Line back to Bright Angel to meet up with our tour bus. Be sure to take your bio breaks at the rest areas and the Grand Canyon. The bus driver can't stress enough that the bus bathroom is strickly for emergency use only. On the way back we stopped at the same Kingman Subway rest stop. Kids were starving on the way back... So Subway was great to have on the way back. We slept for most of the ride back to LV. Yes, we had multiple drop off stops. But considering the 8-9 hours round trip drive... Taking a tour bus to Grand Canyon is a great alternative. My young boys will have memories of a lifetime. And my husband and I had a relatively stress free trip to GC. All in all I would recommend a tour bus to Grand Canyon.

He stated Excellent Customer Service, what a joke. I haven't tried and will never pay this company for my tour. They have a phone on the site to call, I called a few times and no answering machine but a recording saying this voicemail box is full and cannot hold too many messages. Ok, so I decided to email them because I wanted to clarify some things that contradicted Keth Kravitz's reviews, he stated this company is all inclusive with lunch and etc.....But when I looked on the website, it does say "All inclusive" but lunch is not provided. Then of course the first thing came into mind was to call them and clarify. I got fed up with their voicemailing system so I emailed them. This is the response I received: Alice, We are swamped with tour bookings for tomorrow. All your answers can be found on our website. We don't employ a large staff to answer the same questions over and over, which the answers can be found on the website. If you would like us to answer the phone more, we will have to hire more people and raise our prices. Perhaps our company is just not the right fit for you. You sound like you need more customer service. We cater to the independant internet savvy traveller who has no problem using our website. Good luck This is some kind of EXCELLENT Service!!

My only negatives would be the lunch at the canyon was not great but again it's not a food tour and the bus was a little late when meeting to take off from pickup as there were multiple buses and little crowded and confusion but it all worked out in the end If you're only in Vegas for a little while then you should definitely book this trip if you haven't seen the Grand Canyon

Locals can enjoy a lesson and DTLV tour for $25! Others, only $35. A new (to me) addition is SKKI where they take you to Mount Charleston, including lift and lesson fees. Cannot wait to check that out. So happy to see a local man who truly Trikkes EVERYWHERE -- even to the gym -- have a spot in Container Park. You can take the tours, rent or even buy one of these addictive "vehicles." The best part is you don't even have to be super athletic to enjoy the unique fun they offer. His songs and commentary was spot on. His view about the Grand Canyon was interesting to say the least. We knew we had to buy the tour clip! Lunch was mellow, had a mimosa to unplug and take in the grand scenery. However, flight back was slightly nauseated due to the alcohol consumption I had at lunch, but that didn't deter me to have a grand ol' time tagging along with Mad Doggie Dog! I finally had a feel of what it's like being in a helicopter, since my father flew one during the Vietnam war! This was never on my bucket list of things to do, and now it's on there and crossed off! Again, don't take my words for it, experience it for yourself! Pro tips: 6-person copter +pilot, if you're a family of 8, gotta split up! About 40 minutes of fly time one-way. Adam was also awesome in taking us out even when we were the only ones in the group. (They usually cancel if there's less than four). Adam brought us around and provided a lot of detail to the influence of the mob on Vegas and where movies like Casino were filmed. Adam clearly enjoys his job which makes it more enjoyable. Next time were in Vegas we plan on taking another tour!

I'm sure the tour is stilling stopping at the same places. The house Lefty lived in the movie Casino. The place where Frank Cullotta's pizza restaurant was called the Upper Crust. Where the Lefty Rosenthal was blown up in his Cadillac. Big Bertha's where the Hole in the Wall gang was all arrested at, and many other interesting places. I defiantly recommend this tour if you're a fan of the movie Casino or interested in the Vegas Mob.

We were picked up by Rachel and Fred, the guide and driver respectively at the hotel. The Mercedes' streamer was clean and super comfortable. We arrived at the first site: Beehives. Rachel explained how the Mormon settlers had named the rock formations as it reminded them of beehives. Rachel let us meander and tak the obligatory pics. Then we went to the pictographs of Atl Rock. These pictographs were carved centuries before by the area's indigenous peoples. Without a Rosetta Stone their meaning is lost to posterity. We then did a hike: Wow. Rachel tolerated the Gen Xers making the obligatory references to Star Wars' Tatooine. She made sure we had plenty of water--and the poor sole--lugged additional water for the group. She was considerate of heat stroke and dryness and had us seek cover in natural shade. Fred was considerate and had the a/c turned on about 15 minutes before our arrival to ensure a cool van. We drove to the visitors center and had a prearranged lunch that Detours had picked for us and which we had prepaid for. Amazing. I can only say good things about Rachel and the driver. Bathrooms are very badly maintained at the park. I would say, nauseating. In addition, there is no where to buy food or water other than at the visitors center and the choices there are paltry.
