This whole experience was hodpodge and half baked. The decor was slapped together strangely. A mix of Michael's florals and Sip-And-Paint level craftsmanship paintings. My friend and I wondered if this place was meant to appeal to a 13 year old birthday party or an alternate ladies night to groups of women who don't want to club anymore. The focus on alcohol points to the latter, but the preference for "I know someone who can do that," rather than professionals on the decor points to the former. The food. The food was awful. A charcuterie board filled will Colby jack cubes from Walmart and pizza-ready pepperoni still in the same position as pulled from the package. A cold sausage patty from the microwave. A cold hash brown patty from the microwave. Croissants from Costco. But it was served on a butcher block with a flower head? The service was good. They were nice and personable but inattentive to the food. Missing items weren't noticed. The owner didn't seem to want to open a restaurant but rather a space for instagram selfies. Clarksville, we have another good spot worth trying! I came in with a party of 12 for my Daughter's 14th birthday, and was instantly struck by the amazing pink setup of the restaurant. My Instagram/Facebook/Snapchat (you get the picture, pun intended) people, there are plenty spots here for photo ops. Service was really good, despite being down 2 ppl yesterday, the 2 man Front of the House crew held it down with great service, nice smiles, and just making sure we liked the food and drinks, and the overall experience. My only complaint(s) and the reason why I couldn't give five stars, my chicken and waffles were chicken wings but more like small wingettes (I'm a big man, so I was expecting a bigger portion), but the Belgian Waffles were really tasty! Also the Old Fashioned wasn't that good. But other than that, our Mimosa Tower did what it needed to do, and for $40 wasn't a bad price. Overall, really satisfied with this visit and I recommend anybody living in Clarksville or stopping through on the weekends, check out this place. read more

Althiugh, I loved the idea and concept of the eatery, it was obvious frozen and canned foods were used on several menu items. The presentation was everything and we expected the food to be as well. Here we go... The bacon was cooked via microwave and was burnt, so it sat there wasted. The sausage was the frozen patties. Club sandwich was merely a sandwich with deli turkey, tomato and spinach on bread. It was NOT a Club sandwich at all! The shrimp and grits were flavorless- washed. Very cute spot! They aren't busy during the week but have Ladies night on Wednesdays or you can look online for their events. I believe most events are free. I loved our tea set. We just had some dessert after dinner and I was obsessed. It came with a chefs choice strawberry cake, jam/butter, cheese tart with blueberries, peach cobbler, and blueberry scone! For the late night, decaf was the way to go. You can ask for cream and sugar! Water is served when asked! Highly recommend. read more

TLDR: Rude, dishonest service. Staff will NOT accommodate or make up for their mistakes. Crappy ambiance that only a low level influencer would enjoy. I will start by critiquing the service. I was in a party of 6 including two babies. We had a reservation and arrived 20 minutes before our allotted time. My mother in law ran inside ahead of us because our babies had fallen asleep in the car and we wanted to see if they had enough high chairs or if we should unload our strollers before we unloaded our babies as they were asleep. The hostess confirmed our reservation and told my mother in law that we could take our time and "don't wake sleeping babies!" So we waited an extra 20 minutes before entering the establishment right around our reserved time. Once we entered, our table had already been given away to a different party with two children! The hostess blurted that she thought it was our party (even though she had seen our mother in law and knew she was in the party) and had given our table away despite being the one that told us to take our time and not wake the babies‍. No attempt to call us before seating the other group. Hostess said they would get the tables together right away, shooed us into the waiting area, and walked away before we could ask any questions. My daughter began to fuss because she was hungry and I noticed that none of the staff were trying to get tables together. So I asked if they even had two other high chairs and they said that they didn't, they only had one extra. So I guess they were expecting us to just sit there for an hour or so and wait for our original table and high chairs even though we had previously reserved it!! We informed the hostess that we would just leave and she rudely told us to have a nice day. No apology and no real attempt to accommodate us after their mistake. As for the ambiance, the fluorescent lighting was jarring and the decor just looked cheap. It may look decent in some patron's doctored photos but in person, the atmosphere is just depressing and dingy. I'm honestly kind of glad it didn't work out because it didn't seem like the type of establishment that wanted to serve a proper tea service with a lovely ambiance. They were more focused on appearances but completely missed the mark. Everything gave a low effort cheap tea vibe. Nothing like the high teas or afternoon teas I have enjoyed in the UK. Only some low-level wannabe influencer would enjoy the cheesy dusty decor. I cannot comment on the taste of the food since we did not end up getting a tea service, but based on looks, it was not appetizing. read more

We had a great time at pinky's up!! The ambiance and aesthetic was so cute and perfect for pictures! The food and service was sub par. There was only one person working who took orders and I assumed prepared the food so it was a lot of waiting to be served/food to come out. The food was definitely not fresh and definitely came from a microwave or pre packaged. It was definitely a let down and I feel like this place has so much potential and can improve in the quality of its food. I definitely would still recommend it for a girls brunch and cute pictures but i would recommend to only order desserts. read more

Good food, great vibes. Just don't get the big mimosa drink because it was too big and not a great aesthetic for the vibe of the place. They need to do away with the huge mimosa spaceship contraption that they have and do something a little bit more upscale but other than that, I had an amazing time. We researched this place for weeks and decided to have lunch there on a Sunday afternoon. We had been on the website and IG page multiple times looking at the menu, upcoming events and trying to see if we needed to book a reservation or not. We saw nothing that would indicate to us that there was anything special going on the day we decided to go or that we could book a reservation. Restaurant said it opened at 12:00pm. When we arrived at 12:06pm we were told that we could not come in because there was a private party booked. There was a sign outside that was very misleading letting you know what the day's specials were though as if you could just walk in. Suggestion would be to only hold private events on days or times when you are not open for regular business. If the restaurant opens at 12:00pm for walk-ins, allow people to book private events from 10:00am-12:00pm. Or at the very least post something to let patrons know you are going to be closed to the public so we don't waste our time. The 2 stars are given because we felt the staff had good customer service in explaining we we couldn't come in. Didn't want to fault them for a management error. Our server came and walked us through the menu since it was our first time there. We had chosen the brunch tier and avocado toast with caramel apple tea. The food was perfect and filling. My daughter frequented this place this evening for her 16th birthday and had a horrible experience with the wait staff and owner/manager. She showed up in prom attire along with 5 friends and was disrespected and treated horribly for asking how the long the wait would be. It was taken as rude and not a general question from a paying customer. Will never frequent here again and will tell everyone I know. All paying customers deserve respect not just adults. I want to begin by saying this is a gorgeous place, with such wonderful photo opportunities. Now, this place is great for that and for tea. When it comes to food, it leaves much to be desired. The service is one of those things that we felt so conflicted on. The ladies were incredibly sweet but that shouldn't be enough to call it good service. It took about 20-30 min to come take our order, where we were 1 of 2 parties in a small location. Once order was placed, kudos to her remembering the order perfectly, it took close to an hour to get food and drinks. Our food was nothing over the top, which one was an avocado toast that came all soggy and cold. No cups for the water so as I was chocking I had to chug it from the bottle. All the food was cold, overcooked, and fries were bricks. I wanted to love this place so much but I don't think I would ever return.
