The latte I ordered was so weak, I paid for an extra shot, but it was still really weak. Never again.

Came here with a friend last week but their lobby wasn't open due to no air conditioning. Back today and the lobby is still closed... same problem. Service was okay.. the girls at the window were nice BUT told my friend and I "no" to our orders. She asked for some type of cold foam on top of the drink and I asked for my drink to be shaken. Stopped in while traveling through. Though we didn't take advantage of it, it is convenient to have a drive-thru. Inside is nice, clean, and streamlined. Welcomed into the store with a cheery, "welcome to Lasaters!" Huge selection of hot and cold coffees and teas including a multitude of flavored syrups some of which are sugar free. They also have milk options. My latte was done just right. The employees are organized and seemed to work well together. read more

I am hooked. My boss gifted me a gift card so that's what got me in the door but now they will be getting my money often haha. Their chai, both iced and hot is so amazing. I get skim milk and it is 10times yummier than Starbucks (even the full fat version). Something to consider though is that they take a bit longer to prepare the drinks than a large corporate chains. The extra time is worth it and your drink will be delicious. Just make sure you don't stop there is you're in a rush. I'm not a coffee drinker but I'll be frequenting for tea all the time. read more

Today I am totally disappointed in Lasters The sandwich was not good, they gave us a paper bag to use as plates, when we said we were eating in and others had plates. They gave us broken bread ends, never offered to fix the sandwiches. This is the first time I've been and was disappointed, I will not come here again read more

Mixed review here The spiced chair latte was delicious the cookie was disappointing. It was tiny and I'm pretty sure I paid more than a quarter ( of which it's size could be compared to). My daughters cookie was slightly bigger want and falling apart but mine ... cold and tiny! read more

Best coffee in town. They will give you exactly what you want and how you want it. No questions asked. The employees are always friendly and they always get my order correct. They respect their employees and their families, So they are closed on Sundays. It's nice that all the employees get one day every weekend off. They even have sugar free options that are out of this world delicious. I have never had a sugar free coffee drink taste this good! read more

I stopped here on a whim and let me tell you, the iced mint tea was amazing! I also got one of the scones (apple cinnamon) and fell in love. So delicious! Now it seems like every time I drive by I have to make a detour for some sweet mint tea and a scone. They also serve panini's which are pretty good. I had the roast beef version and it was delicious. The product was very tasty and pretty reasonably price, but the location and employees were unpleasant. So, I guess I'll talk about the product first. The coffee is pretty good. I enjoyed it, and can definitely recommend it. It's pretty smooth, has some body, and isn't too bitter. I got my usual mocha, and I enjoyed it greatly. Now that being said, the place is extremely generic and bland. There's a counter, some chairs, carpet, and some other furnishings. It's definitely the kind of place that you get your coffee to go. Beyond that, the employees are... creepy. Really it's just one. Goth to the extreme. Eye shadow past the corners of her eyes. She seemed to know the art of making coffee, but didn't seem to be down with whatever the core values of the store were. The other girl, who was busy with customers seemed better. I'll probably try Lasaters Coffee again, but probably at another location, since the coffee is likely to be as good. read more

So I'm staying with my extended family here in Clarksville and needed a place to hang out and get away. Found this place. It's really cool. Kind of a hole in the wall of a strip center. The Place: It could be a little bit darker in here and maybe have a couple more couches or something. But this place is awesome. The barista: He was really nice and answered all my questions as well as he could. He made my iced latte very quickly and it tastes real good. I could definitely tell he knew what he was doing and cared about what he was making. I have pretty much no complaints about this place. read more

First time at a Lasaters. Staff was very friendly and greeted me upon entry. I must admit I'm kinda over the 'Welcome to wherevers! Feels a bit canned but OK. Coffee was good and the store was very neat and clean. It feels a bit dated with all the cliche' dark wood coffee shop styling. Plus the carpet was kinda worn. Had this iced blueberry tea. It was very good I just wished they had the tea names (flavors) that they offered on the drive thru menu instead of it just saying "green, herbal tea etc." it was my first time so it would have made ordering easier. The coffee is decent and price is similar to what a person would pay at any other coffee shop but what earns my business is the good customer service and the way they care about the local community here. I am here like 3 times a week and am always treated kindly. My 20 month old great niece recently passed from a rare brain tumor. This coffee shop was one that her mother would frequent often when she needed a pick me up or a quiet place to think and relax so on the last day of Istaena's life last week, I went into the store with a note since I was too emotional to speak with a request that they allow me to pay 100 dollars in gift cards to pay it forward for locals and I just ask that the staff write #PrayersForIstaena on the cups I purchased. They were more than happy to agree and it meant a lot to my niece to hear her favorite coffee shop was honoring her daughter. Cannot thank you enough. read more

First off, why do people give one star just to bad customer service!? More than one person works there. Review their product not just your opinion on the experience! I love this place. This is no where close to being like DUNKN DONUTS!!! This is the better place from star bucks and most places of chain I've had coffee at. As for not being military friendly, it's just a coffee place. Not everywhere has to give military discount and be considered anti-military. It's a friendly place, I've never had issues going there and have always enjoyed my coffee,tea and pastries! If you're looking for a change from star bucks I say give this place a go. read more

Watchout! The business doesn't treat military folks right and it shouldn't matter where military folks are from. It's surprising since Clarksville thrives on business ("$$$") from military customers. It's just another place that locals like. Atmosphere is the normal cafe feel. Their coffee is no different than what you get at Dunkin Donuts. read more

I went here with my mom a couple weeks ago. We each got a cafe au lait and it was very good. They have a small selection of pastries and I had a raspberry white chocolate scone. I definitely prefer Lasaters over any other coffee in town, but sometimes we end up at Starbucks for cake pops and drinks that my son prefers more! Today I convinced my son to go to Lasaters and I would try to get him a blended smores! They made their version of the blended smores and he loves it! Thank you so much for being so accommodating! I've never had a bad experience at Lasaters! They're always super friendly, patient and outgoing! The coffee is always great and they're military friendly! At home, I drink fresh coffee roasted for me by a local friend and brewed in an aeropress. Lasater's is just as good or better. Fresh, bright coffee, the best chai latte in town, always on point customer service and a great military discount. The breakfast sandwiches are made to order and really hit the spot.
