Cleveland has a bunch of coffee shops. I stopped here after pilates to do a little work and studying. Plenty of seating with plenty of outlets to work. The drive thru is a little weird but I plan to sit inside or on the front patio when I visit in the future. The cashier was amazing and extremely helpful. She described each item so well I could almost taste it. They offer a fairly small selection of teas but the herbal blends seem delicious. I plan to try the hibiscus hot tea and chicken salad sandwich on my next visit. So far so not many complaints other than the bathroom being a little messy. But you can't really fault the staff only the customers. What really impressed me is the password for their wifi is a Bible verse. Definitely deserves a 10/10 read more

Finally! A wonderful cafe that carries an excellent chicken salad sandwich on a crossaint! After recent Chicken Salad Chick let downs, I've been on the hunt for a good chicken salad sandwich on a crossaint. I never thought it'd be so difficult to find. Lo and behold, here comes Lasaters and my goodness they do this sandwich justice! This was our first visit to Lasaters, and we were cheerfully greeted. After spending a moment to look over the drink menu, we decided on a medium sweetened Elderberry Hibiscus tea ($3.50) and two chicken salad crossaints with lettuce and tomato added ($5.50 each). Everything was delicious, and I mean it when I say that this is the best chicken salad crossaint sandwich I've had in years. The crossaint was so buttery and flaky, and they did not skimp on the amount of chicken salad put on the sandwich. Cherry on top? They offer extremely comfortable indoor seating as well as dog friendly patio dining options AND a drive-thru. I'm so happy to have found Lasaters, and we absolutely will enjoy returning again and again. read more

The place is not clean at all. I was the only one getting coffee, but had to wait to order for a few minutes and then wait for someone to make my coffee. When I came to see if anyone started on it, I saw how nasty it was behind the counter. That place needs to be thoroughly cleaned up; it is unsafe to have it that dirty. read more

Man this review has been a long time coming for me...before I talk about the coffee let me start by saying whoever designed this drive thru must have thought everyone drives a smart car. It's barely wide enough for any car and expect to get your wheels curbed if you drive thru here As if the drive thru isn't impossible enough to make it through if there's 2 cars in front of you expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes to make it to the window As far as their coffee goes it's on par with every other coffee shop we have (about 200 now) but it's priced like the cups are lined with good. If that isn't bad enough you are handed a receipt to fill out a tip for the woman handing you your coffee. If you can't pay your employees enough with your overpriced coffee don't expect your customers to make up the difference. Overall I'd recommend somewhere else based on the things I've outlined. read more

Curbside appeal is truly a "thing". I have raced by Lasaters in the Spring Creek Center far too long thinking, "I should check them out!". After completing a job nearby, I finally stopped in for refreshments and to wrap up the task. I'm SO glad I did. This is a GREAT place to grab coffee, tea or snacks with friends and colleagues. "Clean as a whistle" inside and out, I was served by friendly staff members. My selected "eats" were fresh and delicious. The music was not too loud and the playlist was upbeat and "inspirational". There are a variety of table settings with a good supply of outlets to charge up your devices. They've checked all of my boxes. Don't drive by Spring Creek Lasiter's Coffee, stop in or drive through! Swung by again the other day to find they had several new tea options and just had to try them. I have a weakness for most things mint and tea tops them. This time I tried the lavender mint and chocolate mint teas. Both are very nice but I definitely prefer the lavender mint isn't it has two of my favorite herbs. I rarely stop in to a coffee shop like this since the coffee markup is usually pretty high. I mean, you can buy a number ten can of Folgers coffee for $8.00 and it'll make numerous cups of coffee and last a month or more. That being said, I do stop in here on occasion when the mood strikes me. I'm also the kind of guy that enjoys buying someone else a meal or a cup of coffee every now and then. Today my buddy and I dropped in for an afternoon cup of joe and I saw the "pay it forward" wall. I started reading the concept and found it to be an amazing idea. Of course I know the pay it forward concept, but they way Lasaters implements the idea is pretty cool. Basically you decide what you want to do for someone else and you write it down and put it on their board. Then it can be redeemed by the appropriate customer. To say I have been on an americano kick lately would be a understatement. But here's why; 1) an americano done right is always better tasting than a good cup of coffee, 2) 16 ounces for usually $3-$4 is a good price for any caffeinated drink, and 3) it shows me the level of quality of a place. If they can't pull a good shot of espresso, everything else is down hill from there. So back to the story. I get into town, after being up since 2 am, and we're just driving around looking at stuff. I made the call and said it was time for a caffeine stop. Thankfully there was a option besides the big name places to get my fix. The americano came out perfectly (sidenote: always let it rest for 5 minutes, just trust me) and the butterscotch latte my wife got was delicious. The team was friendly, patient, and willing to ask any questions (the other people in line had). This is my go-to whenever in the area. *Insider's Tip -They do have a drive-through, in case you're in a hurry. -There is a bar area as well as sofa's for comfy seating inside. This review is for the drive thru as I have never been inside. But from the looks of the outside, is probably real nice inside. I didn't see this until I left, but they do have out door seating now. But it's nothing to come here for. This coffee shop is right next to the new Jenkins restaurant. I will come back for my coffee in the morning. I highly recommend this coffee shop. This is more a 'can we do better' review. Normally, I purchase a medium blended spiced chai latte, bc they have the best chai latte hands down. I decided to get a large instead, word to the wise, probably a mistake on my part. No flavor except ice. Just disappointing when you spend over $5 and you get ice with a hint of chai. We opted to go in, but like that there is a drive thru for those who can't easily get inside. My husband and I each ordered large lattes made with whole milk. Thankfully they offer whole milk--too many have gone to skim or 2% only. The barista that helped us was very friendly and efficient and the lattes were fantastic! We did not opt for any flavoring, but they did have a nice selection of sugar flavorings and a limited selection of sugar free available. The nibbly section had an attractive display of pastries and there were several gift card options as well. Nice seating options...upholstered, hard chair and raised stools...and seemed like plenty of spaces for a coffee shop that size.
