I came to the Cleveland office to order 12 coffees for a doctors office. As I got about halfway through my order, the girl looked at me and said I don't think we can make your order right now. If you can't handle 12 coffees at 2 o'clock in the afternoon you have more problems than you know. As they ended up bringing the coffees out she said next time just so you know, we take these orders in advance. First of all, you don't have a number to call to take the orders in advance. Let's just start right there. Secondly, I do not live in the area and the order was sent to me via phone I do not have all day to run around and drop a piece of paper off so that you can make 12 coffees. Heaven forbid you have 12 people in line. It is literally no different. I will not ever be back to this location, nor will I ever recommend any of my offices use it, and if they recommend it, I will tell them that I refuse to patronize a location that treats their customers like this and be that cannot manage to make just 12 coffees! read more

Friendly service and a cute coffee hut place. Their menu is vast and offers coffee free drinks as well decaf coffee blends, which is always appreciated. Their website's menu is a bit difficult to navigate, but there's an option to download a PDF (we attempt to look at menus of places before we arrive). Definitely download the PDF, and the menu becomes MUCH easier to read and navigate. Unfortunately, the menu on their website did not match the menu offerings at their Cleveland location. We were looking forward to kolaches with our drinks (listed online), but we were informed they are no longer carried, despite still remaining on their walk-up window mounted menu. Also, the flavor syrups offered are a bit different. I was looking forward to adding a pump of the gingerbread syrup to a chai tea latte (listed online), but again, found that it was not listed on the menu at the window. You can opt for walk-up window ordering or can go through their drive thru (which is more like carhop service). If you go through the drive thru, there's a large QR code sign that you can scan with your phone for their menu as well. On this day, we opted to place our order through the walk-up window. Service was friendly, helpful, and relatively quick. We ordered a White Kitty Chai Tea Latte with the addition of Maple Spice syrup and a Mr. Snicker with extra caramel (two smalls, which are 16 ounces, came to a total of $13.22). The drinks were good but couldn't really taste much of the different flavors. They also have some outdoor seating if you want to hang out, but it's mainly a drive up area. No restroom available (we were advised to use Chipotle's restroom next door). There's no indoor dining area, and indoor areas are reserved for the staff only. Nonetheless, I appreciated the outdoor seating area to enjoy with our pup, although the exhaust fumes from cars sitting in the drive thru were heavy, so we didn't stay very long. They offer pup cups, too, so that's always a sweet and appreciated notion at coffee houses. Overall, it was a nice first visit. Thanks, Lola Beans. Looking forward to trying another visit. read more

Line at SBux was long, so thought I'd give Lola Beans a shot! Wow...got skipped over to order in the car line, but it was really disappointing that a 20 ounce mocha was $8. The person taking the order wasn't too familiar with the menu. The inside was messy and not presentable for customers to see. The redeeming factor was the coffee was pretty good. read more

Best coffee and espresso drinks in Cleveland by a country mile. I have tried most of the coffee shops around town so that's not just me bluffing. They have many other types of drinks but I can't speak for those as I always order coffee. The service is quite quick, though I have had a couple times that they made my order incorrectly (though they will remake the order immediately if you're not satisfied) It's a drive-thru only business, so unfortunately if you're looking for nice sit-down cafe atmosphere, it's not here. There are a few patio chairs outside but I wouldn't want to sit there inhaling exhaust from cars. But overall, if you're looking for good espresso drinks in Cleveland then look no further. read more
