It's a bit pricey and the store was pretty dead, and the customer service was really lacking. The staff weren't mean or rude, they just didn't seem to care or notice I was there. With the store being empty you'd expect quick help, but instead, I had to hunt someone down for the little help I had needed. On the other hand checkout was fast and the cashier was friendly I was grateful for this. If it wasn't that I was short on time I probably would have gone elsewhere. I do want to say that a few weeks ago I had a pre labeled FedEx drop off and this had been taken care of rather quickly and it had gone fairly smoothly. So if you know what you are looking for and do not mind paying a little more or have a FedEx pre labeled drop or a pick up it may be worth your time. There are other services offered so it is possible that I just came on a bad day and you may want to stop by if you need anything in Staples one day. Because all of the employees are just so darn nice! A few days ago I needed a notary and two witnesses to my signature and went to Amscot because I thought they'd be cheaper. Amscot couldn't do it, but this UPS location seemed really happy to help and was the same price as Amscot, $10! I had no idea they did fingerprinting and copying in there as well. It's such a nice, small little store just brimming with friendly, happy, helpful employees. All of my Amazon returns go through this store, and now so will all my notarizations. It's a great place!

The second trip was 29 days later, when that battery failed--still under warranty. We picked it up the same day, and while it powered on, the screen soon turned green at home. We returned again today for a third attempt to fix what was clearly caused during their repair. At checkout, they framed it like they were doing the right thing and "taking care of it" for us. But when we got in the car and turned the phone on, a new white flashing light started going off. This wasn't just unresolved--it was a final slap in the face. In retrospect, each time we went to Tech Bros, we experienced more damage. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and dismissive. When we insisted that they fix the damage, they threatened to post our texts online like transparency would somehow make us look like the bad guys. Classic deflection tactic - trying to intimidate and discredit us because they know they've mishandled this, and we're holding them accountable. They broke my daughter's iPhone and then sent us a bill for an extra $150 to fix it. Save yourself the grief and go to a reputable company. Buyer Beware!!!
