I had a very poor experience here. They initially told me that my car had major issues with the subframe, control arms, shock towers, wheels, and that at a minimum, the front and rear-left shock towers, control arms, and all wheels were salvaged and needed to be replaced. I was skeptical of the diagnosis and wanted to get a second opinion. When I was checking out, I asked the rep (apparently the son from the family ownership) whether they would realign the car for free if I had the repairs done elsewhere and then brought it back, since the woman on the phone previously told me they would. He immediately became defensive and aggressive, raised his voice, and said they don't work for free. I've never been yelled at by a business before, and it caught me completely off guard. I asked for my invoice and prepared to leave. He continued arguing, then changed his tune and said they would align it for free only if they did the repairs themselves. I paid and left. I went to another shop for a second opinion, and it turned out all the car needed was replacement wheels, nothing close to the extensive repairs I was told were necessary. The car now drives perfectly. I'm relieved I didn't authorize the work they recommended. Consumer beware: based on my experience, this business may claim that far more repairs are needed than what is actually required. read more

Hit a large pothole that took out 2 tires. I was concerned that the suspension might be damaged. Car drove ok but I knew something was slightly off and the steering wheel was leaning. Laser focus Alignment is the only place I trust to get any alignment right. They are an honest family run business with experience working on anything from Hondas upto high end cars like porshes, MB, BMW, Audi. Every job comes with a printed report and explanation of what was done. Most places don't even provide this, and if they do, sometimes numbers that are off are not even brought up to the owners attention. My car ended up coming out with adjustment made possible, and all to mFg specs. He also inspected the suspension components and reported nothing was off. The steering wheel is also straight as it should be. Everything is smooth again. I highly recommend their services. This is a top notch shop. read more

Came in to Laser focus a couple weeks back. When adjusting the suspension on my car, I also happened to turn a couple bolts that well.... Shouldn't have ever been touched. Apparently they were two bolts that mess with the rear alignment of the car... Whoops. Of course, quickly found my steering wheel afterwards to be completely crooked. The place I normally go to for alignments, said that their alignment system was broken. In dire need of an alignment, I jumped on Yelp and saw the reviews for this place. Glad I found them! I called in, spoke to Justin, told him the situation and was able to get squeezed in for an appointment within two days. A HIDDEN GEM! I was recently was introduced to this shop by a friend who highly recommended them. I was looking for a shop that could specifically align my rear wheel steering on my 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo S that was out of spec.
