I gave it a try, but unfortunately, it didn't help at all. During the cleansing session, I made a big mistake -- I asked if she could treat a small red spot on my face (barely noticeable). She said yes, recommending a laser treatment for only $50. The price seemed a good deal, so I went ahead. Sadly, it had no effect. Two weeks later, I called back. The owner asked me to come in for a second treatment. This time, there was no prep -- no asking, no cleansing, and no discussion of potential side effects. Immediately after, I had a dark purple bruise on my face. She quickly used another type of laser as a form of "makeup" to cover it. I was clearly upset, but she assured me the bruise would go away in three days. It's now been a month. The purple mark turned brown, and it's still very visible. On my last visit (5/14), she admitted she didn't know what happened and told me to see a dermatologist--but also said she wouldn't cover any of the costs. Most concerning: she confirmed there's no machine log to track the settings or energy of the laser used. The machines are over 20 years old, and everything was handwritten, with no way to verify what was done. Yes, her prices are low -- but for a reason. Please be cautious and aware of the risks before proceeding.

She suggested snipping one skin tag and freezing the other area (cryotherapy). Quick and easy. She suggested I return annually for skin cancer screening. I made my appt for next year- it had been years since my last skin screening. It never seems to be included in my annual physical. Office was clean, well organized and well-staffed. Very efficient. They do bill insurance for medical Derm.
