Suez was highly efficient with her laser machine removing unwanted hair from my upper body and Natsuda was a true professional in shaping my eyebrows with precision using her electrolysis machine. I was happy that I chose Deluxe because the visits were hassle free. The Spa is situated in a quiet West Roxbury business district where there is plenty of free parking. I started coming to Deluxe Laser and Spa a little over a year ago after researching different laser techniques and locations (many horrible). I'm SO happy I stumbled upon Suez here. She is amazing and everything about the location is clean, doesn't hurt besides a little pinch here and there, and it's effective. You have to understand laser hair removal doesn't work for all skin/hair types so anyone saying it doesn't work has nothing to do with this place. I was waxing for a year and had terrible ingrown hairs causing me to barely want to wear a bathingsuit and not to mention scars. I started with my happy trail and inner thights/bikini line and it cleared up my ingrown hair problems almost immediately. I only needed 6 for my happy trail and ended up purchasing another pack for my inner thighs since there's more hair & is thicker. I also just started my Brazilian. I have been going to Suez now for 3 years, for laser hair removal. During my first consultation she took the time to explain the whole process and answered all of my questions. This included an analysis of my hair type and approximately the number of treatments that would take for me to see results. Let's say I started laser treatment that same day, as I appreciated her honesty and expertise. And I must say she was spot on the estimate. Her prices are reasonable and to be honest worth the service, as she's professional, very knowledgeable about her craftsmanship. She doesn't try to entice you to buy packages or services that you don't need. I started coming here around August of 2020 after I had a bad experience at a different, non-affiliated location. The equipment they have here is top-of-the-line. This place is truly a hidden gem. It's small, but don't judge a book by its cover. I had hair growing all over my face after treatments gone wrong (I started growing a full blown beard), but after getting treatments here, the hair is basically gone. The owner is super friendly, very knowledgeable, but she is also very honest with you. She doesn't try to sell you services, but her lower-than-average prices make you want to get everything done. Do not try the spider vein removal! I had the treatment 3 months ago and I have big black scars from when she burned my skin. Theis is a scam! She uses the laser hair removal machine to do this experiment I guess.. I should sue this place for burning my skin permanently. Please look for a professional, don't make the same mistake I did. I have been going here for Laser treatment for a few years and have been very happy with the service. Unfortunately I have some stubborn blonde hairs that laser is not effective for, however, they have recently added electrolysis to the mix. By far the most unethical unprofessional experience I've had. I've been going to Suez for a little over a year. And she comes across nice but all she has in mind is your money while giving you a half ass service. I thought I would give her a shot since her prices are very inexpensive compared to the other professional laser businesses I've been to. But I guess you get what you pay for. She rushes through the treatment missing many areas. So one day I went for a follow up treatment and when I got home I noticed Suez had missed a few areas. I emailed her about my concerns and she refused to believe me and quickly told me she would cancel my future appointments without me agreeing to it. She clearly wanted to get rid of me because she didn't want to take accountability for her mistake. I've never been so disrespected and disappointed by a business and a person I thought was sympathetic to my concerns. Trust me she is not a good business person. I was treated terribly. I had absolute best experience with Suez. The facility is very clean. She is very professional, knowledgeable and will explains everything to you. I am an unsatisfied customer. On 7/23/15 I came for a lazer n hope to clear out some dark spots on my face. The result in 1 week, my face became 3 times worst. The dark spots spreading out more. The owner/technician is a very nice woman and is very professional. The space is clean and comfortable. The problem is that the laser treatments are completely worthless. The hair gets burned off and it SEEMS like you got what you needed, but then the hair comes back exactly as before. I went for 3 sessions and stopped. At 4 months out from the last treatment I have exactly ZERO results. Some might argue that I should have gone for more sessions, but that's not how it works - the reason you have to go back multiple times is to zap the hairs that were not in the growth cycle the last time you had a treatment, but the hair that was zapped previously should not be coming back. After 3 treatments I should have noticed a difference. How do I know? I moved here from New Jersey and had laser treatments on 2 different areas of my body done before my move - the hair was little by little disappearing after each treatment and it is permanent (almost 2 years later now). Deluxe spa was like a really expensive waxing place - the hair was gone for a little while but now back exactly the same as before. Now I need to find a new place to go to and hopefully not waste more money. :( read more
