The attendant pushed us hard for several minutes to join the unlimited wash club. No matter how many times we declined, they refused to allow us to pay for a single wash. We were reminded several times that since we were not members, we were "in the slow lane". After the final attempt to sell us, we just said forget it and drove off. Have never seen a business seemingly unwilling to take a customer's money in exchange for a service. Will go out of my way to avoid this place from here on out.

The only thing the gold level had that silver did not was washing of rubber mats AND a spray wax, neither of which I needed or wanted. The silver included clean exterior and interior including vacuuming of carpet mats, clean windows inside and out. Superb job. it was just under $30, which is the same, or slightly less than Splash in Southbury, but far superior in quality of work. You sit in car while they hand wash it. You then drive to next station where they hand dry the car, vacuum, wash windows, clean interior. There's no inside waiting area so not sure where you hang out when there's inclement weather. I highly recommend this business versus the semi-automated tunnel that most places use. Also less likely to damage your paint finish that is more likely to occur in your standard car wash.

Average Joe that takes their car to this car wash won't be bothered too much. It's an automatic wash with one attendant that will scrub the windows, wheels, and the bumpers. For me it looks like they use a nylon brush for some of the scrubbings which is a no no. And also the attendant can be a little rough when scrubbing down. It's not anything where they will scratch the car or anything but you wonder. So if you have a brand new vehicle I wouldn't take it here. Or if your car is a garage queen definitely don't take it here. But most of those guys will be hand washing in the first place. Overall it's not a bad place for a quick wash.

I go here because I always get a decent car washing (for automatic) and nothing on my car gets…read morescratched or broken. So, 3-star car wash because that should be expected. The newer staff loses a star because they put little to no effort in the pre-brushing off of the car (and this is for the past couple years now). Sometimes they barely swipe the brush past the vehicle. This is not going to help with dried bird poop. I pay like $15 or $16 for the wash, tip a few bucks to the pre-brush crew, and a few more to the towel-dry guys at the end (who get an extra star), so over $20. I wish it was 5 stars! You can do it guys!!!!

Called the number posted and the owner picked up. Customer service was polite and accommodating. He offered a refund or the car wash owed plus 2 extra washes for the inconvenience. I was able to get my wash yesterday. And I will update this review once I get the two extra car wash. This is a touch less car wash, your results will be different from auto brushed and manual brushed car was.
