Additionally, SUVs have a higher roofline, making it impossible for them to reach the top and towel dry the entire car. It would be great if they had a two-step stool to facilitate thorough drying of the entire vehicle.

When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. Because of my crap insurance being…read moreallstate, I was warned that not only are they awful with paying repair bills and negotiating but I would be paying more than my deductible, which I could not stomach. (Also, please please PLEASE do NOT get auto insurance from allstate like I stupidly did!) Abbey was courteous, and honest and straightforward with me throughout the entire consult and gave me insurances to switch to after the claim got settled. Clean facility and I would have chosen them if my insurance wasnt so bad and tight budget. I hope to not get into a crash for a long time but if i do and I have better insurance I will give them another try.
