I have been a faithful customer of LaserAway for many years and I have never had any real complaints until now. Basically, I have a trip coming up in April, and I called LaserAway to see if they had any specials going on right now for Botox and filler. When I called in, the representative transferred me to the manager Amanda to talk about the specials and to book the appointment. We then booked the appointment and I immediately paid for the service because Amanda said that the discount would not last long, so I made sure to book it so that I wouldn't miss out on the discount. Anyways, a few days went by, which allowed me some time to think about the purchase, and that's when I realized that I should call to cancel the service for right now and request a refund. I get work done at LaserAway all of the time, so I could come back at a later time to book something else if I choose to. Anyways, I spoke with a representative about canceling my appointment and to request a refund. The rep. reassured me that a refund was possible as well since I did not use the service at all, but she told me that I would need to speak with Amanda since it was her that scheduled the appointment. I then spoke with Amanda to cancel the appointment and to request a refund. Amanda told me that she can give me store credit, but not a refund. I asked why she didn't tell me about the no refund policy before charging my card and she really had nothing to say about it. Overall, this is horrible customer service! They also don't disclose to you that you cannot have your eyebrows microbladed when they're taking your payment. Please try other places that do hair removal rather than going to Laseraway. These guys only care about your money. Even when I did more than 10 sessions on my legs my hairs started growing back. They still wanted me to get maintenance. I've been going here for years but they have no customer loyalty. You're only dollar signs to these people. Laser Away is rude as H E Double Hockey sticks! I called their 800 number (888-965-2737) and the representative I was transferred to after being hung up on by Stephanie, was so snooty! They refused to provide me with pricing information. They asked me if I was looking for any other information such as process, laser technique, etc., and I said no. Then the snooty rep said "call back when you're ready to have a proper consultation". I asked snooty what is a proper consultation and they said when you answer the questions. I told snooty you did not tell me at the beginning of this call I had to answer the questions to get pricing and this intake method is confusing. Snooty simple replied "okay". Be aware of these scammers I purchased 6 full body laser treatments. Since full body treatment cannot be done in one day, my treatments were split into upper and lower body, which were mostly done on conductive days. After my 5th treatment they are saying my upper body treatments have been completed and only one lower body treatment remains. I proved to them (with dates) that I have only had 5 treatments, I went back and forth via emails and now they have stopped replying to my emails. When I go to the location, they say I need to talk to the higher authorities via email. Stay away from paying them upfront for any packages. read more

I have been going to laser away since 2017. After moving to Anaheim I started visiting this location and it is a mess. My last full body hair removal treatment went wrong. I informed the manager and contacted Laser Away main office ( multiple times) regarding the problem and all they say the Director will call me back and, it has been 5 days , no call back. They have not even sent me follow up rate your treatment email. I guess, when things are good, all is good. But, when something is wrong, you are on your own. Taking my business to Ideal Image. Update. Someone named Brian from corporate office finally called me and I wish he did not! I don't know why they let him call paying customers because he has no customer service skills whatsoever. He was talking over me, raised his voice on a few occasions trying to convince it that is totally acceptable that my 90 minute treatment took only 35 minutes because maybe different laser was used. My acne scaring has improved soo much, I've seen my pores get smaller, and took the skin care advice from the technicians to help me maintain healthy looking skin. I seen an improvement after my first session, but noticed major improvement after 4 sessions. Today I finish my 12th session and notice more and more improvement every time. The numbing helps with most of the pain, but it does hurt during the treatment for me at least. You can always ask for the technician to go on a lower setting if the pain becomes unbearable. After the session, my face will normally burn for like 1-3 hours. Get a good moisturizer and I use a small face fan to help. As for pricing, in order to afford the package I used the credit line Laseraway offers and paid it off within 12 months. Overall the results are worth it! read more

I bought a service form them first week of March and when I went to get the service I found out that they over charged me and the gave me the wrong package, after waiting 10-15 min trying to resolve it they asked me to pay for the correct package and they will refund me the previous charge, it's been over a month and every time I call they say someone will call me from corporate and I never got a follow up call.
