I did not have the best experience at this location. I was originally hoping to see a specific injector, but because I booked last minute, I scheduled with whoever was available. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake for me. I've been to their sister location before and had a completely different experience the staff there were informative, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. At this location, my appointment with Vanessa Ruiz felt rushed and communication was lacking. I didn't feel adequately informed during the process, and the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. The bedside manner and level of care I experienced were not what I expected based on my previous visits with this company. Can While others may have a different experience, this location was not a good fit for me. I won't be returning and will continue going to the sister location instead ***Note: my sister was scheduled right after me with the recommended nurse I wanted to see. I ended up coming in the room with her. Nina had to be the one to clean me and up and put the arnica on me. There was a black cat in the building when I walked in. It looks like a store in the mall selling clothes, pet products, etc. I went for the new client botox special $179 for 20u plus another 10u for my personal needs. Tiffany was my injector. She came in with 2 insulin/glp syringes on a paper towel on a tray. No bottle of botox, nothing labeled. She was quick & no pain. The animal already made me uncomfortable. The lack of labeling and just the overall feeling of the place being unsanitary and not "medical" at all made me not want to go back. Find somewhere more medically professional. I pre-purchased a new patient special for Morpheus 8. The staff was very nice but immediately talked me out of Morpheus telling me that I would do much better with 2 "stacked" treatments and the cost would be the same. What the nurse failed to say was the cost for treatment 1 was the same, the 2nd treatment was more. It was only a few hundred more so I let it slide, but made a mental note. Returned 6 weeks later for round two. Like the first time I was offered a "new, much better" treatment and it was the same price! I made it clear I had a budget and needed to be respectful of it. I called in to get a quote for the treatment PRIOR to the appointment. The injector spent the entire appointment trying to upsell me different treatments and add ons. I was very clear I wasn't interested in filler yet she couldn't stop talking about filler. Finally when my appointment was over, after everything I said, after I got a quote and was told my treatments were the same price my bill was $700 more! Not this time! I refused to pay, told them my quote, the injectors failure to disclose total costs and bullying tactics. The bill was reduced by $400. It's really too bad. The staff talks about making treatments affordable and accessible but once they get you in, you find it's all a sham. If you like a bait and switch this is the place for you. terrible experience, I was told I should get dysport (first time) had only had Botox in the past. only half of my forehead is tight and my frown lines are still there. I went back and Nina wouldn't give me a touch up claimed they wrinkles don't always go away and instead tried to make me think the little results were normal. other places I've gone to put enough on my frown lines to remove them. Do not waste your money. Go to a place with integrity. The nurse I had give me the wrong quote 3 times and then placed so much Botox on the middle of my forehead when our focus was my frown lines. They must really water down their product my wrinkles are already starting to show again mid forehead only 3 weeks later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE read more
