I had a bad experience with Kim. I originally went in for Botox and Kim talked me into getting fillers under my eyes. My whole point of going in was to get the smile lines smoothed out. Honestly, I don't think she knew what she was doing. I paid for an expensive filler to be put in and on one side it was hollow so she injected more filler with a cheap filler. I believe she popped a blood vessel because I was bleeding continuously and almost a year later I ended up with black eyes. I called her to tell her I was not happy with the fillers. She had me go in to possibly remove it. She removed some but not all. From what I was told, you can't remove all filler in one session. It takes a couple to few sessions. She only had me going in once. I went to a dermatologist to have it removed because I did not want Kim doing anymore procedures on my face. The filler is finally out and my black eyes disappeared. It was the filler causing me to look like I had black eyes. I feel Kim was just trying to either sell me something that I did not need or she just wanted to experiment. From what I remember a year ago she was taking classes for injections. Maybe I was the experiment. Anyhow, it's finally out and will never go back. I hear Alana has been doing this for years but not Kim. read more

This review is for the lip filler I had done a couple weeks ago. I paid $300 for half a syringe of juvederm. Sadly, I have since had to pay another $200 to get it removed. So now I'm in the hole for $500 and my lips are back to where they started. I do not think the filler was put in correctly. I ended up with one lump of filler at the bottom center of my lip, and one bump on each side of my top lip, above my lip. My lips stayed the exact same size except I had this random filler on the tops and bottom of my lip on my skin. It was awful. I went to a trusted place to get it removed. I definitely would not recommend coming here to get your lips done. At the very least I think I should be refunded for the money I wasted here. Updated: Mindy, who works here and does my dermaplaning was kind enough to give me $100 of the money back (basically just didn't charge me the last time I went to her) The Place should do the right thing and refund me the remainder of the money. I have not gotten even so much as an apology from them!! read more
