I waited over 30 mins for my scheduled appointment and they didn't even think to call to inform you ahead of time. I have positive experiences for tattoo removal every time i come into the LaserAway Clarendon location. The facility is always clean and the receptionists are friendly. I would love to gate keep to keep her schedule open, but Peyton is my favorite laser technician for tattoo removal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED getting her!! But for my second session, I was highly disappointed when the nurse told me they are out of wipes (to wipe down the white marks all through my legs) after the session. Despite the fact that I was one of the last appointments of the day, she was still upbeat and instantly made conversation with me while I was waiting. Second, the facility is so nice and clean. Chose LaserAway from my hair removal treatment and I could not be more pleased. From the beginning every staff member was courteous and kind. I had a thorough conversation over the phone with a staff member who explained the process and answered all my questions. The Arlington LaserAway is in a great location. I found easy parking across the street and was even able to charge up my EV while I was in my appointment. For my first appointment the nurse explained the whole process again, she introduced me to the equipment, and periodically checked on me throughout the appointment (quite a wonderful feat taking into account the fact that the appointment is 15 minutes long!).
