Horrible service ever! Let's start from saying that I bought 12 clear brilliant sessions and my first two treatments I didn't notice a difference until a nurse modified the treatment. I asked the front desk to please have her next time and she said "yes" . When I arrived to my appointment that nurse was not available and they gave me another nurse that did my treatment in 2 min and the quality was no correct . I approached corporate lady Katrina and she was extremely rude saying that she can't repeat the last session based on my speculation " whaaaat? I've never heard to say that from a corporate member to a customer! Specially after I spent over $4000 on treatments ! Very poor quality and I'll never buy anything from that company! Unfortunately, those who discuss the post payment treatment are correct. I initially thought this is in no way accurate because they were initially sweet. That is, when they were making an extra buck on me. Laseraway is all about the money -- the hard sales over the phone, the virtual nurse that made issue when I had already paid about $2000 for Xeomin Bank and Filler in advance. I typically go to luxury med spas: Dr. Diaz Med Spa and Skin by Lovely. These are expensive as hell, but the whole experience is next level. Coming to LaserAway was my attempt to save money and the major sale for the Banks sold me. I chose the Robertson location in Beverly Hills hoping it would still have the 5 star feel. It was far from it. It was procedural: waiting room like an insurance doctors office, the treatment rooms cold, uncomfortable and basic... the bathrooms also felt like a doctor's office. Basically, the put the least amount of effort into making it feel like a medspa and more like a mid level General Practitioner Office. I thought I'd still give it a shot -- maybe they focus on quality. Xeomin-- they said -- was just like botox... uhm my botox typically lasts 10-15 weeks... 3 weeks in and my forehead already moves to the point that it's going to crease. None of it lasted... and I've been doing botox for 2 years now. When I got the premium membership, I decided to try the Clear + Brilliant. They had me put my own numbing cream on... lol I mean what medspa does that?! Oh right, a Laser place that doesn't even have Master Injectors. Peep the reddit I found that also discusses this Appointments are not honored on their end, they will call you last minute and ask for a change in the appointment. For me, they called yesterday at 5:26 pm to ask if I could come in earlier. I already had my schedule set, but I told Jessica I could move things around and make it in at noon instead or 4:45 pm. They knew I was coming in. Just as luck would have it, Mulholland and Coldwater Canyon had unscheduled tree trimming with street flagged. If you live on the Hill, you understand this random and inconsiderate issue with the narrow road. It caused me to arrive at 12:15 pm. When the receptionist checks me in she says my appointment was at 12 pm and they have someone else so bye bitch (lol we have your money so you're suck with rescheduling is their mentality). The reality, they got some sucker that's paying cash and my money is so last month. Well, sorry to break it to LaserAway, but I will exercise my right to collect all my remaining money whether it be from them honoring a refund or dragging them into small claims. Worst service, inexperience staff which can make a small facial problem into a much brighter problem because of their lack of knowledge understanding of how skin works. Twice I was told a supervisor would contact me, never happened, even though I complained about the dark spots getting darker, it didn't matter they were paid for a package so results appear to be irrelevant, including their interest in satisfied customers. this place laser away in beverly hills is so inconsiderate and a complete rip off !! i got botox on nov 5th, 2024 as they were having a special so i bought 100 units thinking i would have my wife join me, but she didnt want to come to this place so i used them. the botox never took effect whatsoever and i called them and they said i would have to come in again and get more, didn't even care what i was telling them! i went there again and got more and used the other 50 units that i bought prior and again that didn't work and when i called them back they said i needed 65 units not 50, that's over 100 units in 2 months, they even had the nerve to get another person on the line telling me i needed more units seriously, he never even saw me !! do not go to this place for botox or any other services, i would not trust them with anything, i have been having botox for years and this has never happened, the botox had zero effect because they water it down to nothing! do not go to the beverly hills laser away, all they do is tell you things that are not true and try to you make you believe they are right when they are so wrong because you see no effect from the botox at all and to treat him this way was disgusting , not even letting him come back for a touch up or helping him on why it was not working, who does that !! they scammed him do not go there, go to your doctors office so much better than these people !! rc read more

The good: I love the physical location of this place - parking is a breeze as there's plenty of easy street parking in the BH neighborhood right behind. It's also across the street from a good coffee shop - when I need to wait, it's really pleasant to grab a coffee and take a walk around the neighborhood. Very safe, pretty, and quiet. Jessica T made me feel super comfortable during my first ever laser hair removal appointment which included under arms and brazilian. I was super nervous, a little self conscious, and she put me at ease throughout the whole thing - making conversation, explaining every step, answering my questions, employing multiple techniques to distract from more painful or nerve-racking areas including tapping or using a theragun, and reassuring me that I'd have great results considering my skin and hair type. She's the head nurse at the location and I always request her for my body laser hair removal treatments now. I've had excellent reductions and results, and I'm really glad I finally committed to getting the treatment. The not so great: More often than not, there's a timing or scheduling issue when I arrive - I often have to wait 30+ minutes (or reschedule) because the technician is running behind, and once I was even told that I was 30 mins late to my appointment even though I was perfectly on time. Something got mixed up in their system and they double booked my slot and lost track of my actual appointment time which I was able to show them through my email confirmation and text reminders. This meant I had to get rescheduled after arriving. Additionally, some technicians are friendlier than others - they all get the job done, but I've had technicians who were a little more cold or seemed less caring, which generally is fine but considering all the nurses are women partially to make you feel more comfortable, equal amounts of friendliness and care would be nice as well. Overall, I still enjoy coming to this location - it's not far from me, and even when I have to wait, the wait isn't too unpleasant considering what's around. I'm happy to have found a nurse who I really trust and can count on for my more nerve racking areas, and I also appreciate the folks at the counter who are pretty great about being communicative, helping to reschedule or schedule future appointments, and being quite kind overall. I'd definitely recommend moving forward with laser treatment if you're on the fence about it, and just bake in a little more time for this location if you're planning to make it your base. read more

Great customer service with great laser treatments and skin products. My favorite is the Thermage FLX which is a one time treatment that takes approximately 1.5-2 hours. Thermage deeply heats the collagen and elastin layers to lift and tighten the skin. Thermage is a proven technology as it has been on the market for over 15 years. It is the most tried and true of all skin tightening procedures. There is little to no down time post treatment which is also a wonderful benefit. The collagen and elastic production peaks at 6 months and results typically last around 5 years. I personally tried this treatment 3 months ago and I can see my skin improved dramatically after 1 month taking the treatment. You can take this every 6 month. I also likes their SPF product it works like a Fundation but doesn't make your skin feels heavy after applying it. LaserAway has multiple locations.
