I've been coming here for laser hair removal for the last year and I've been really happy with the results. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for the area and it's a really nice clinic. The staff are really chill and easy to work with. Aileen has been my laser nurse and she's amazing. Always super thorough and accommodating. Laser puts you in a vulnerable position and I never feel embarrassed. You should definitely check this place out. They over other services as well if laser hair removal isn't what you're looking for. read more

My fiancé has been coming to Aesderma for his full back & shoulder laser treatments. His results have not been great - spotty results & on top of this, their machine was down which caused multiple sessions to be postponed. With laser hair removal, consistency and regular sessions is MOST important and they were not even able to come up with a timely solution. Ultimately, they gave him a few sessions but again, with the catch that it's only for half of his service area, requiring us to give this horrible spa more money to keep the treatment equal across his back. The staff is extremely unhelpful. Dr. H calls to YELL at my fiancé and has no respect for customers. I'm really so shocked and disgusted by their behavior. Dr. H threatened to call the COPS because my fiancé was expressing his disappointment with their customer service... I personally have had laser done at other spas in LA/NY and have never been treated this way. With there being MANY laser options in LA, I highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Beware - make sure you ask who your nurse is for Laser when setting up an appointment! Do not go with "nurse Angel." She's extremely unprofessional, untrained, and impatient. She is quick to rush you out of the appointment and has zero empathy/sympathy if the laser procedure hurts. The front desk is amazing tho, very helpful and knowledgeable. The young man was screaming profanities on the phone with what I'm assuming is another staff member while the woman continued to attack the front desk staff. Not once have I ever met this doctor everyone speaks so highly of... but have spoken to him over the phone. My flight was delayed the afternoon my appointment was scheduled and they tried to make me pay a $50 fee for a reschedule. On a Groupon voucher. Life happens people. I do not recommend this place. I was referred to Dr. H by my friend who gets his Botox injections done at this spa. I was a little hesitant at first because I hadn't ever done Botox before and didn't want to end up looking weird or frozen but Dr. H is very experienced and knowledgeable which immediately put me at ease. I've been here twice now.. I ended up doing a trial run with just my top forehead at first and then recently I did the frown lines between my eyebrows.
