There I waited another 20 minutes. Eventually I've had enough and got up. They never called me back or apologized. When I walked out they asked if I'd like to reschedule. No thank you. I came here for lip blush tattoo removal. They assured me that they were experienced with this as I had mentioned my concerns with my pigment oxidizing and turning grey/black. That did in fact happen. When my lips turned grey, I messaged them an photo asking for advice and they didn't respond to my text for over a week. When they finally responded, they emailed me the "aftercare" instructions for lip blush. I had the procedure about a month ago. Which seems like an obvious attempt to try to protect themselves legally and have it documented that it was sent (even a month after the procedure). Anyway... go somewhere else. read more

Blatant fraud! This business advertised a "special sale" where $400 worth of luxury skin care products could be purchased for $40 for a limited time. I ordered products only to realize I was billed $52 plus shipping, handling and tax for a total of $65. This would not be a problem except I received tiny samples of Skinceuticals products labeled "this is not for resale." I had received the same free samples at a local car show the week before. Perhaps Dr. Nazarian is unaware of this but at best it's bad business and at worst, it's fraud. I'm sure Skinceuticals would not be happy about this ! read more

Everything went well! Oh my gosh the clinical care coordinator, Claudia gave me everything I needed to prepare for my procedure. She told me what to expect, I picked up my medication weeks prior to the surgery so that I'd be well prepared. I took arnica weeks in advanced and have zero swelling or bruising. I had gone to others but did not connect with them as I did with Dr. Nazarian. I was gifted a couple of skin care products from Nazarian Skin line for moisturizing and brightening and they dried out my skin in patches and gave me an allergic reaction. I have normal combo skin, no acne or sensitivities and have reacted well to niacin amide in other comparable products. Would not recommend this line to others. Beware! read more

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Nazarian. I had a breast lift with fat transfer done in mid 2020. First off I had never heard of a fat transfer to the breasts, but Dr. Nazarian talked to me through our initial video chat about this procedure and how it would be the best option to get the results I was after. She was then willing to work with me financially, and I was extremely happy with what the total end cost was that we agreed on, and I am not someone with much money so this is definitely saying something. Her staff and facilities are lovely, very accommodating and I was made to feel welcome and special. Even though this was summer 2020, everything was handled smoothly including Covid protocols. My results are AMAZING I am in love with how my breasts look everyday. I would absolutely go to Dr. Nazarian for any future procedures. The staff and office are very professional and they do specialize in the procedure that I had, which made me feel safe and well taken care of. I went back and had a second procedure done based on their professionalism and communication. While the second procedure did not "cure" my hyperhidrosis, I would chalk that up to my body having an extreme case. I do feel that for most clients, having the procedure done would alleviate symptoms and that I would trust this office to do it safely and in a manner which takes into account all the updates that are available to the most attuned practitioners. I even got some insight and advice on future procedures I've been contemplating. My appointment was awesome. Corie is an artist with the needle and performs tiny miracles. After a few weeks for some light healing and for everything to settle in, I am so so happy to wake up every day with a relaxed jaw and neck (no more tension headaches!), a naturally more kissable pout, and a "I totally got 10 hours of sleep!" face. I wish I could see them more (but my wallet would be mad at me). I can't recommend how professional everyone is, and how safe I felt in their office. When I zoom called with CORY she was very polite no doubt about that but my issue with her was her professional knowledge of procedures they offered in their practice. I myself am a Maxillofacial surgery assistant and anesthesiologist assistant along with being a licensed Esthetician and I take my professions very serious. When I told Cory that I was on Cosmelan The #1 depigmenting Peel she kinda tried to make me feel dumb honestly by asking me "well which one because there's different types" but yet she was not aware of what made the difference between the two formulas which the Cosmelan MD formula has 8% Hydroquinone and shouldn't be recommend on black patients unless they want to look like Sammy Sosa. Not to mention there is a webinar on Cosmelan that licensed esthetician can take that Xtetic teaches, and I have taken it. You are NOT supposed to introduce any type of heat into the skin while on Cosmelan until about 2-3 months after you COMPLETE your peel. Now this is important because an average person with no esthetician background would be UNAWARE of this and is suppose to trust THEIR your esthetician EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE. I am informed CORY about the Cosmelan peel that I was on it and she said that "You really don't have to follow protocols that is just the company protocol and that we really need to base it off of your individual skin". Which I absolutely disagree with that's how people get hurt you need to follow the manufacturers instructions and protocols. Then she went on to say that expired prescription pills are still OK to take a few days after they are expired which again I absolutely disagree with. I would never recommend any one of my patients after surgery or in general that if they had any expired prescription that it would ever be OK to take. The chemical in the drug is altered and can potentially cause bacteria or fungus to grow and damage tissues. I would immediately recommend they dispose of them and we would re-prescribe the medication. My mother is an RN they learned that in the beginning and she is the one that actually told me that I should WARN the doctor. CORY looked at my skin through a computer on a low quality zoom call and diagnosed me. She said that I needed laser for hyper pigmentation and also micro needling with radio frequency which is what I called for. I didn't really want to do laser on my skin for hyperpigmentation just because I was doing the worlds number one leading depigmenting product and also my stepmother has done laser who is white and it does thin the skin as it burns the skin to resurface it. Obviously that's why it's not good for darker skin. In all I told her that I was doing my own homework for my pigmentation and I needed her help with Microneedling with radio frequency. I just wished she had recommended let's have you complete your peel and then if there is any hyper pigmentation left let's laser.. I would have been all for it. I'm for all procedures. I believe everything is gradual even if you end up paying more in the end. It better to under bake the cookies then to burn them. In the end I told Cory that it would be best if I probably waited till I was done with my peel to get anything done and I thought she was listening but I guess she was not. The following day I received text from her telling me to "Come on up Dwight, whenever you are here"! My preferred name is Jenkins but whatever not personal at all BUT THATS NOT THE PROBLEM. The problem here is if I was uneducated about my peel or skin I'm general I would have gone in and did a LASER AND MICRO-NEEDLING WHILE on COSMELAN which again is against the manufacturers protocol per Mesoestetic (company that makes Cosmelan). My skin would have been wrecked!! You sign so many consents that you can't take any legal action if anything were to happen to your skin. I tired to bring this to Dr Nazarian attention as any patient should be able to and instead I got directed to her administrative assistant Allison. I spoke with Allison regarding my concern and she booked a zoom appointment with Dr. Nazarian Oct 14 at 3:30. I get a call today two days after I spoke to her telling me that she has spoken with CORY AND DOCTOR NAZARIAN and they don't want to take me as a patient. WOW I WONDER WHY Allison offered me a refund of $50. I don't need it im glad I can help millions with this review. The sick part of it all is that they want uneducated patients to ruin their skin. MISINFORMATION IS THE NUMBER THING DOCTOR NAZARIAN STANDS AGAINST AND UNFORTUNATELY HER PRACTICE IS JUST AS DISHONEST. SHAME ON YOU! Where do I begin?! I have contemplated getting a breast augmentation for the last five years, but started the research and consultation process a year ago. From the moment I booked my surgery her staff was amazing and incredibly supportive. I had many questions and they answered all of them without missing a beat. Excited, but nervous. Nurse Melanie was amazing!! She seriously has a calming presence. She did everything to answer my additional questions and help me relax. A couple deep breaths and I woke up with beautiful new breasts! Post op: I'm 2 weeks post op and I feel incredible. The pain was maybe a 3/4 on the second day, but it was short lived. I was off pain meds after 2 days, had minimal bruising, and wasn't too swollen. Dr. Nazarian started me on Arnica two weeks prior to the surgery and I think that played a major role. I've been going to this place for a few years and this is long overdue. I absolutely adore Katie who helps me with booking whatever services I need and she goes above and beyond every time. I feel extremely comfortable here with Katie and the rest of their staff. I have melasma and get laser treatment for this every 2-3 months. I've also been treated by Dr. Nazarian for cherry angiomas and mole removal on my neck. I always wanted my mole removed because it sat right in the middle of my collarbones and it rubbed on all my shirts... but I hate needles and knives going anywhere near this spot on my neck-- it makes me so nervous! Thankfully Dr. Nazarian talked me through everything and used numbing cream and some sort of laser device to burn it all off. It didn't hurt at all and she did an exceptional job of removing it -- you can't even see a scar! This place needs 6 stars. read more

During my first consultation, Dr. Nazarian was kind, personable and made me feel comfortable about my decision to get a scar revision. This is a scar that I was embarrassed and self conscious about but Dr. Nazarian put me at ease by describing the procedure and relating to my situation. On the day of the procedure every single person in her office was helpful and accommodating in making the process seamless. Dr. Nazarian explained every move she made making the experience not only effective but educational as well. (I have recounted how Dr. Nazarian used three types of stitches to my family at least 10 times by now) Not only is Dr. Nazarian an incredibly skillful surgeon, she also has especially friendly bedside manner. I really wanted to like Dr. Nazarian and her staff and really wanted to move forward with them but it felt like I was just a cash cow and ultimately decided it didn't feel right. From the time I walked it for my consult til when I left, they kept recommending services, kept pushing other services on me, asking me if I needed skincare (literally would not stop sending me follow ups on this), and trying to get me to spend more money. I felt like she was sorta honest in telling me things I didn't need but she also wouldn't listen as I tried to explain what I cared about. She talked over me, talked fast, wouldn't listen and I just left not feeling good about the whole thing. So, just be careful who you work with out there. This is not a review I ever thought I'd be writing - for years I was incredibly skeptical of the entire idea of getting plastic surgery. However, I was also unhappy with my double chin and face roundness for most of my life - it made it very hard to take pictures that I didn't hate, and it was pretty much nonresponsive to diet and exercise. I finally read about Kybella, which seemed like a possible nonsurgical option for improving the situation, and thought I should at least come talk to a professional about it to see if they thought I was a good candidate. Everyone at Dr. Nazarian's was very friendly and made me feel really welcome, which was a big relief given how weird I felt about making the appointment in the first place. One of her assistants came and talked to me in detail about Kybella and CoolSculpting, and then Dr. Nazarian came in to talk about the option of doing chin lipo instead. She managed to convince my extremely surgery-skeptical self that chin lipo was the better option - it would be easier to achieve the results I wanted, it would actually be less dangerous (much less risk of stunning a nerve), recovery would be much less arduous and I wouldn't have to do it repeatedly. It was also cheaper than a full course of Kybella treatment - I really appreciate that she was willing to recommend what she thought was the best course of action over the one that would make the most money. She was very friendly, clearly extremely knowledgeable, and able to put my mind at ease. Everything went pretty much exactly how she described, from the procedure to the recovery (so far, I'm about two weeks post-op). She gave me her personal number to text pictures and questions during the recovery, and has been very responsive and helpful the entire time. I'm incredibly happy with the results so far, and I still have a good bit of healing to go. My face looks so much better than it did already, and I'm really excited to see the final result. Things I cannot speak to: pricing. I did not comparison shop, as I felt comfortable with her doing my surgery after our initial meeting and was pretty happy to just move forward, so I don't know how her prices compare to anyone else for similar procedures.
