I can honestly say that every time I come for a session the service is amazing. Lauren always remembers me and greets me with a big smile! My nurse Danika has always been amazing! She always answers all of my annoying questions with a smile, and had given great advice for home care after treatment sessions. She even did my fillers a few months ago and she has amazing technique. Danika is super patient and knowledgeable. Do not buy a Groupon for this place. I bought 3 IPL's on groupon thinking it was a good deal, but it's a total waste of money. I have not even had my first session yet and they tried to sell me a package deal for $2k. Why would anyone buy something for thousands of dollars without even knowing if the treatment will even work? The sales person said, they only offer the groupon to get the customers to come in, because the groupon treatment will not yield results due to the minimal settings they use and the minimal time they actually spend on the procedure. The groupon deals are all scams and are only there to attract their customers so that they can sell you their packages that costs thousands. There are many laser clinics that are honest and have reasonable prices, stay away from this place. read more

I had a consultation today and waited over an hour before leaving. The only reason I agreed to go in was because they wouldn't just quote me a price over the phone and it's not on their website. My appointment was at 11 AM, granted when I got there, I filled out paperwork for about 10 minutes. I walked out around 12:10 PM. Most places will say "Medium area? X amount." How many external factors could there possibly be that they have to see me before giving me a price? I know there's a Groupon out there. I could've easily bought it and they'd have no choice but to perform the service or deal with Groupon's return policy. Instead, I chose to go directly through their office. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic, and so was whoever the consultation was supposed to be with. When I left, the receptionist said they had more free time around 1:30 PM, if I wanted to come back. That was very sweet of her but I will not be spending my money here if they can't show enough respect for their (prospective) customers' time. read more

FRIENDLIEST staff ever! They are always so friendly when I walk in and call to make appointments, they apologize for the smallest wait times and make an intimidating process very calming. I have gotten my upper lip, underarms, and Brazilian done through them. Their laser is gentle and has the cool AC hose attached for added comfort. I'm always in and out so fast, impressive. Let me start off by saying I have no problem with the nurses, they are super friendly and always provide great service. The staff in charge of scheduling however are THE WORST. Their "friendliness" is overshadowed by their ability to schedule properly or pick a date and stick to it. Once the facility reopened after the lock down I was not treated until two months later - which i feel made me lose a ton of progress i had made with prior treatments . Ever since, they have been making random changes and cancellations to my appointments. I had to call around 5 times to confirm appointments only for them to be moved around and causing me to further delay my treatments even more than they already were. Please hire more professional front desk staff at this location or someone with experience to take charge of scheduling and make it right. read more

Lauren has been fantastic in explaining the procedures I'm having done, letting me know when their having sale events, and always provides excellent customer service when I'm scheduling an appt or need to reschedule. I have a handful of complaints. First, I was scheduled for an appointment today. However I live about 1 hr away and there was an accident on the road that was causing me to run behind by 10 minutes max. I called ahead to tell them my situation and the woman I spoke to (her name was Alma) said that you can only be late by 3 minutes or you can't be seen. I told her I was almost there and she still was insensitive in telling me that there's absolutely no room in their schedule and that 10 minutes is a long time--enough for another client to be seen. I can understand there is a late policy but 3 minutes is really incomprehensible and I was surprised by her uncaring and rude attitude since I know LaserAway is supposed to have decent customer service. Not to mention I had to drive all the way back home which made me waste 2 hours of my day. I'd also like to add that they were supposed to send me appointment reminders but I received none. I'm uncertain if I'm getting this type of treatment, or lack thereof, because I purchased a packaged through Groupon. I'm glad I went through Groupon and didn't pay full price because personally I'd rather not deal with this type of late polity and customer service. I also have had one laser hair removal session done and I really can't tell if it's doing anything. Save your money and take it somewhere else where they won't turn you away if you're more than 3 minutes late. read more

I am a current client at laseraway, although one of the nurses at this location accidentally nicked my ankle tattoo, the customer service and treatment has been amazing since. I am completely understanding an know that accidents happen. I'm on my 4th session of laser hair removal and the results are unbelievable. Roh, one of the nurses at this location, is the best. She took her time with everything and is great with make the clients feel comfortable. Was thinking about getting a tattoo removal and Kira was very helpful in the process of getting that going. After years of waxing I finally did it! I set myself up for laser hair removal. But was nervous about finding the right place. I didn't want to use a place that had no history or backing...especially when it comes to my skin. I emailed for a consultation and was quickly contacted by Sarah! She was amazing in her knowledge of the product and how the services worked. She made understanding the process easy and making the decision to go with LaserAway a no brainer! She was very sweet and super easy to talk to and made the whole signing up process seamless. On the day of my appointment, I got to the office and was met with "smeyes" (eye smiles since we have to wear masks everywhere we go now ) As I was checked in, I felt confident in that the lobby was extremely clean, my temperature was taken upon check in and was asked a few simple COVID questions. I then took a seat and waited to be called. As I waited, I noticed, as other technicians came out to get their clients, they wore masks as well as face shields. My tech, Genesis, came to get me and off I went.... she gave me a few tips before she left the room for me to undress and get comfortable on the bed. Now, this being my first time, I wasn't too sure what to expect as far as pain levels. Genesis said something like a like needle prick. Well, since it is a laser, it is applied with cold air along with the laser. This cold air really helps, because I hardly felt the laser at all. There were some sensitive spots that reacted to the cold more, but that was really it. I think all in all the appointment lasted about 30-45 mins start to finish. I have to say...one of the best experiences I have had. I'm so glad I treated myself to this treatment!!!! read more

I was extremely happy with everything when I went in for my appointment. It was my first time so I was very unsure as to what to expect. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice lady who checked me in rather quickly and made me feel comfortable with some small talk. Then Nurse Jessica came out and got me. She was so nice and sweet. She talked me through everything which made me more comfortable letting me know it may hurt a bit and some parts did and others I didn't feel a thing.
