She couldn't handle the pen because her nails were way too long and curved. I felt bad for her because I felt like she was hiding her natural beauty. I was asked if I wanted to come in to be a model for a girl to learn how to do lip fill. It's gonna be free and of course I said yes I don't know what they put in my lips but by the next day they look like they did before they put anything in them they obviously put water or something in there for her to learn because it was not lip filler I have had lip filler multiple times and they did not put that in my lips, and I even tipped her $100. I always love to go there but for them to do something like that so disrespectful and when I was leaving, they all were cheering and they probably knew what they did what they put in my lips. They draw you in by giving you a "promo" deal then proceed to give you the worst filler brand possible so you leave and come back wanting more (they make you pay the full amount next time, even though the first time did absolutely nothing to my lips) took my mom to get botox and non of the botox went into affect. So bad that they openly admitted the the botox they gave her were BAD and EXPIRED so they proceeded to give her another round of botox for free to make up for it and they still are the worst botox shes ever had! Their products are not up to date, extremely rude and horrible customer service! the most stuck up aesthetics i have ever been to! I have had services here, and none of the services were effective. I understand that it is not required to be highly effective, but the services that are only effective are only 30% and amount of money spent expensive , which is really not worth it. I have had botox injections for frown lines elsewhere, and the effect is very long lasting and the money spent is cheaper than here. I also got injections here in the brow area, but the effect is extremely low and dissolves quickly and does not last long. I am very disappointed. I do not have the habit and do not like to give a one star service or complain, but here I feel like I spent money and it was not really effective. read more

I had heard a lot of good things about this place and finally decided it was time to check them out. I made an appointment online and was excited for the day to come. When I arrived, I was a little caught off guard by where it was and the building it was in but I was able to find my way to their second floor office. I stood awkwardly at the front desk until someone came by to check me in. I was definitely expecting a more professional experience and this already felt very different. After waiting a while, I was told that my technician was running late and so they were having someone else treat me. That individual was speedy, didn't understand how to keep her mask over her nose, and was very cold. For being a first time visitor, I was pretty shocked at how everything went. Overall, my results were nice and subtle but I don't think I'll be going back. I'm really sad. I really wanted to like this place. I have worked in a medical aesthetics practice for 5 years up until COVID so I am very familiar with Botox and neurotoxins. I've had them consistently every 4 months during that time. Mine often doesn't last as long as others bc of my metabolism but I got more units than I normally do and I can say after a month, at least half of it is gone. It's clearly over diluted or very poor technique . Really a bummer. I also had the girl on the phone be very very rude to me but my injector as well as the owner were very nice to me when I was there , although very rushed so that's why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Brittney and everyone at BB are awesome. I was in for botox and a little filler in my oral commisures. I had never done filler there before so was worried about pain. They numbed me up great with lidocaine cream and I barely felt a pinch. Two weeks have passed and my botox looks great. I had a little uneven spot from the filler and Brittney touched it up at no charge. I understand with swelling and filler a little touch up is super normal and doesn't reflect on the injector at all! I have been getting botox around Columbus for a few years now and I definitely found my new permanent spot. I recently moved to the area and decided to try BB Aesthetic for Botox. I've had Botox done for the past three years out of state and never had any issues. They didn't use any numbing or even offer an ice pack. It was very painful and made my eyes water. I told them I like a very soft look and to go light with the application. They did not and the application was so uneven that my left eye now droops very heavily. I emailed them about this and they offered to add more into my left eye to raise it up. Brittany did the second application and it made zero difference. During the appointment she said it looked like I had excess skin on my eyelid. I do not. It was not like that before the Botox. This upset me because I felt like they were shirking responsibility. She said to let her know of the progress and when I told her I was still having issues she said well that happens sometimes and I'd just have to wait it out till it goes away. So after paying several hundred dollars I'm now stuck with a droopy eyelid for 6 months. There was no offer of a refund or a discount on my next application. I felt like they were kinda just like well it sucks to be you. Very disappointed. read more

Went here for my very first lip injection. Went with my sister and we both got it done. Her application was done all over her lips, mine was done on the bottom and the sides of the top not in the middle. After two weeks my lips looked swollen on the sides of the top and thin in the middle! I called the office and went in and was told it was my choice if I wanted to get additional product in my lips and that it wasn't usual to have it placed all over. Also was told that if I got it in the middle it would push my lips out and I would look like Lisa Rinna (thanks). After arguing my case for 5-10 minutes was given additional product to even out the way they looked and wasn't even numbed. Last visit from me ever! read more

I've had a bump on my lip since then that I thought was just the result of not being injected evenly. However I've since seen a plastic surgeon who confirmed that it's excess product that wasn't injected correctly and now I have to pay several hundred to get it dissolved.
