I came in for the first time today and my nurse (I didn't get her name) was so great, walked me through the post care and how the laser would feel. Best location yet to have picked for my laser hair removal treatments. As soon as I entered I got the best vibe from two young ladies (Lauren and T) they're welcoming makes the place comfortable for me to get treated at. This system is very frustrating to navigate. They have very very limited appointments available. I regret buying a package with them because it's impossible to schedule the next visit. I will not be continuing my business with them since there are so many other salons nearby. They will tell you to book 3 months in advance and heaven forbid something comes up. PLUS, at the end they tell you, "oh if you still want to get the rest of the hair removed, it's an extra couple hundred $ and like 90% of ppl only need that one extra session!" LIKE HELLO.... if that many patients need that one extra session, what a CON it is to tack on an extra charge for it. I'll be going to another business to finish the job they never did. What a joke. Customer beware!!!! Really bad customer service and far from professional. From the front desk reception and one bad nurse, rude and snobby. Gave me attitude every time I came in and for no reason at all!! I was a great patient. I asked for numbing cream and for the rest of my 5 month treatment I received attitude every single visit afterwards. Go somewhere else!!! Everyone has the same discounts!! I just started getting my clear + brilliant treatments done at this location. My consultation was great! She was extremely helpful and had a great attitude that really got me pumped for my appointment. I was also able to get an appointment for the next day. I came in about 30 mins early because I was already in the area. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming upon entering. I brought my friend along because she was interested in getting the same treatment. They were able to give her a consultation as we waited for my appointment and my numbing cream to kick in. The technician I got was great! She made my experience a lot of fun. The actual treatment didn't hurt at all. A little red after for a few hours but the next day (for me at least) my skin is pretty soft and not as tender. She also gave me a mask to take home that made my face feel a million times better.
