I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my experience thus far! I have gone to LaserAway Southlake for about 3-4 treatments now and I get greeted with friendly, chatty staff every time. I have previously gone to Ideal Image for laser hair removal and don't have any major complaints other than how painful it was compared to LaserAway. I would be given stress balls to squeeze and would have to mentally prepare myself for getting through the treatment. I would walk away fine but then 24 hours later, my face would swell up and react intensely to the treatment in terms of whiteheads and overall irritation. I didn't believe the LaserAway rep when she told me their equipment would not negatively effect me that way. I'm telling you, I would not want to go anywhere for 2-3 days until the after effects subsided. My first treatment at LaserAway I did my usual mental prep for the pain only to be pleasantly surprised. A little spicy sting here and there was a complete non-issue when compared to my previous experiences. In addition to that, when my contract ran out with Ideal Image, they wanted to charge me $225 every time I came back for touch ups. If I had done that for the next two years (which for me, I have PCOS so long term maintenance is a thing) I would have paid over $5k just to maintain two areas and that is if they didn't increase their pricing. With LaserAway, I am paying approximately the same for those same two areas PLUS underarms, Brazilian, and lower leg. LaserAway is so worth it! read more

I can not begin to tell you how laser hair removal at LaserAway has changed my life!!!! As a 45 year old Black woman I have always heard that dark skin women could not get laser hair removal because it would burn my skin. I have been experiencing hair growth on my chin since my 20's. I was hesitant to seek out laser hair removal treatment, and didn't think that I could afford it. Linden showed me otherwise, in a persistent, kind and encouraging manner. She treats me as a patient and friend, not just a sales goal, and I feel like we're partners in determining my treatment plan. Linden helped me find a way to pay for all the dream treatments that I wanted, without causing undue financial hardship to myself while still allowing Laser Away to make its sale, and another happy customer. She calculated and finalized my financial plan so very quickly. I began my first treatment the very next day! I was treated by professional, kind, experienced and knowledgeable nurses [pre-treatment planning/evaluation in office, with Linden, by Deja as well as during the FaceTime nurse consult]. The treatment itself is quick. Not exactly painless. I was concerned I may need additional treatment areas but Ashlee advised it was unnecessary, so I can say I do not feel like just another $. The facility is clean, bright, open and welcoming. I experienced some lightheadedness at the end of my treatment, and Ashlee and Linden made sure I had some water and a snack to increase my blood sugar before I left. This is the first Yelp review I have ever done but I felt this team was so well deserving of the recognition that I couldn't pass by the opportunity. I'm writing this review after working with Laser Away for 30 days. This experience, from start to today has been absolutely incredible. First, I signed up for the black card (pay $5000 up front and get $7500 in services). It would've been very easy for them to take my money and let me worry about all the scheduling. However, they have continuously followed up with me to schedule my services and have even brought in outside nurses to accommodate my very busy life. Second, absolutely every person I have interacted with(6 people at this point) have been attentive, detail oriented, personable, and experts in their field(sales, scheduling, nurses, etc). I truly feel like I'm part of their family. Lastly and most importantly, their work is superb. Both nurses took their time measuring/assessing me to ensure we got the best possible outcome. They also will say "no" if they don't feel the service is right for you which I appreciate. No one wants to spend money for something that won't give you the desired result. I purchased a syringe of juvederm, a bank of 60 units of xeomin and 8 IPLs for my arms. I used to go to a different medspa in the area. I was a little nervous about switching but- so happy I did!! Linden at the front desk is one of the sweetest people on the planet. Also I absolutely love my lips. Lizzie did them. And they are perfect. She is so detail oriented and will ask you exactly what you want. They're perfectly symmetrical, no bumps, top lip looks natural from every angle. She really takes the time to make sure the way the light hits your face is perfectly even. A beautifully enhanced version of my natural lips. I did bruise a tiny bit just because we really lifted my Cupid's bow. But it was fine to cover up with a light lipstick and the end result looks amazing. Swelling gone by day 2. So happy I went to her. Lizzie also did my xeomin and I did not even feel it. Completely painless. Renee did my first IPL session on my arms and I can already see results after just one session. Even with a low setting I got fantastic results and a ton of coffee ground spots. Some of my freckles have already exfoliated off. Overall so so happy. They are excellent professionals (Should receive a raise! haha ) You guys! This is what happened: I felt in love with the service they gave me but my partner received a job offer back in Puerto Rico and we are moving back. As always, they look for more viable options for me like go to a closer location like Miami because I can't flight always to TX to get my treatments (believe me if I had the money I would). My wife bought me a Groupon for an IPL Photofacial some time ago. The Groupon was for three facials, and after the last of the three, I feel compelled to leave a very positive review. My treatment was provided by Elizabeth. Elizabeth began with a casual chat about the procedure, and reviewed with me the notes about my previous procedures accomplished. We casually chatted about her medical qualifications and background, which far exceed the necessity for the simple procedure I was having done. Casual conversation continued and by the point we started the procedure, I felt as if I was being treated by an old friend. The treatment, went well. I had the positive results I expected; which were described to me by by Elizabeth at the onset. This is no surprise. This is getting what you pay for. There are many things I like about LaserAway. They make sure your appointment is set and ready to go. They also send constant reminders about your appointments, which I really like. Also, if there is ever an issue with your appointment, they call you immediately to let you know what is going on and they will reschedule you at a later date and time. The wait time is second to none, which I also really like. Honestly, you are in and out. The procedure is quick, maybe an hour tops depending on what and where you are getting your procedure on your body. It's really quick and painless (speaking for myself of course lol). Had my virtual consultation with Lucy today and she was amazing! She was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. On top of that, she did everything she could to get me the best deals and discounts possible. She was not only great at her job, but whenever she did come across something she wasn't 100% certain about, she double checked with colleagues to make sure I was getting the correct info, and she did it immediately while we were on our zoom call. She made me feel super comfortable, was very personable, and wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell, which was extremely refreshing. Additionally, I missed my first consultation appointment and she was very understanding, and then at the last minute had to reschedule my second one to a later time and she was more than accommodating with my schedule changes. So today I had my sixth visit to Laser Away which went great as always. I have had around 3 facial hair removals and 3 clear and brilliant treatments which have helped my face to look better. I can't wait to finish the entire treatment. Today during my Clear and Brilliant, Crystal did an amazing job. She was constantly questioning me about the heat temperature and any discomforts on my face. She even asked me to ask her questions which is a really nice gesture. She was willing to answer everything about how the products works and about the treatment procedure. Right now, my face is a little red and I do have a burning sensation on my skin but I am happy with my treatment since I have seen great results. I really enjoy my visits at the Southlake location. My LaserAway experience was amazing from start to finish. I'd been curious about laser hair removal for years and Linden walked me through every detail --the equipment and why they picked it, what treatments were like, how to prep -- and even got me in my first visit on the same day we talked! I arrived and was welcomed in by all the staff. My nurse Courtney was AWESOME! She checked and double checked before starting, always asked if I had questions, and warned me if areas might be more sensitive. It can be weird getting basically naked in front of a stranger but she was kind and we chatted the whole time. I received the full leg, Brazilian, and armpit treatment and it took around 60 minutes like they told me on the phone. Linden even text me to see how my appointment went ! I went this week and had My first Juvaderm filler treatment! I was nervous but so excited! I will be 60 in a few months and my entire adult life I have wanted lips. I inherited my Mothers tiny lips. I also have pretty prominent Marionette lines or should I say had!! Crystal was my Nurse and she did an amazing job! She was so gentle and would count and prepare me for each injection. It was not bad at all. My husband immediately noticed my lines were so much better and he and my Son in law both said they really liked how my lips turned out. I left there completely satisfied with the outcome and can't wait until I go back for my follow up treatment! I am confident I will be thrilled with the end results. Went here for the first time today and was super nervous. I've had 2 kids and 2 c-sections. Gained 60 pounds and lost it with 1st kid, and gained 70 pounds and lost it with 2nd kid. My body hates being pregnant, but my kids are worth it! Anyways, I wanted to do something for all this extra skin I have from so much weight gain and loss that came with pregnancy. I went in today for Thermage on my stomach not knowing what to expect. Kourtney was my nurse, and she's just incredible! Love her :) Tbh it did feel a bit warm at times, but I trust it's doing what it was made to do. Can't wait to see what my stomach looks like in a few months from now. I needed to attend something important and needed to look nice so I called LaserAway Southlake and was immediately scheduled for filler injection. The whole experience is delightful. Since then, I have gotten multiple procedures done. Every time has been great. Sarah is a great gal to ask about any procedure and scheduling, she is extremely nice and patient, and always so prompt with the communication. No one is better than her, even though I have never seen her in person lol. I love my nurse Chandler, Alaina, Sarah, and Kortney, they all are very nice and professional. I was treated professionally from my initial phone visit with Linden who took so much time finding out my history and setting up my appointments. The girls in there , as my video footage, ( recently released, will prevail Sophie ( one of the lower staff members ) I was told by the girl who did my lazer , was a huge problem amongst the staff. Sophie not only was talking trash on each client leaving the facility, but was too wrapped up on the phone, with a female , she kept calling baby and sheniqua off an on ) (not sure " Shaniqua's "name 's spelling ), but between the shouting of what Sophie seemed to be in distraught on and me waiting to have my App't done, as I was filming , was an event that was quite comical.
