Rose at the front desk is a nightmare. She will lie to you about the prices and then coerce you after you were already set on trying to be more beautiful. I went in for lip injections and Botox and she never did the numbing process so I went through the entire procedure with no numbing whatsoever! Even the nurse felt bad for me! It was so painful I had to squeeze a ball in each hand to keep from screaming out in pain! It was my first-ever cosmetic procedure and at that point I had spent a few thousand dollars and was told I would get no money back so just to get through the excruciating procedure. The worst part? Rose never said sorry and didn't even feel bad. On my second visit to fix some of the issues, Rose was also very rude and wanted to charge me more money until I raised a fuss and had them fix it at no cost. It was only because the nurse got on the phone with the corporate office and argued on my behalf. Again, the nurse was apologizing for the behavior of the front office manager. read more

I purchased 8 laser hair removal sessions for the bikini area. I have completed all 8 now and have seen less than 10% decrease in hair growth. They disclose this may not work for everyone though every nurse said not to worry it will definitely work, as I am very pale with dark hair. I saw a different nurse each time and when I asked for the same one they said it's not possible. The first visit they told me it would get more painful each time, it did not. I asked at the 5 th treatment if they knew which treatment I was on and she looked it up and told me , I wanted to make sure SHE knew. anyway no one even attempted to ask me my results ever during the visits or after the last visit.
