My first time back at laser away since 2017. I came for juvederm lip fillers and my experience was great overall. Everyone is nice and treat you wonderfully. Wendy was my nurse for my injections and was super informative and excited to get my lips done! The treatment went well until the end when I was massaged, when I was getting my lips massaged by Wendy by bottom lip swelled and I got a hematoma. Wendy handled it well and immediately took pictures, contacted her provider and kept me a little longer to make sure it wasn't anything worse. She gave me ice and arnica to help with the bruising. I went home with a swollen bottom lip but Laser Away and Wendy did a great job at keeping up with me and making sure I was okay! They kept contacting me to make sure I was healing well. I was bruised for 3-4 days but my lips came out perfect and I came back for my second appointment to finish my syringe with Wendy! It's possible to bruise, not everyone does but can be part of the process. read more

Everything is brand new because it's apart of the newly constructed persimmon place. The ladies are alllll lovely. I had an appointment with her yesterday and she did an excellent job at making sure she heard what I needed and made extra sure to only work on the areas I wanted done. Service has been good from the clinic. The clinic is also nice and well maintained, the only issue I have had repeatedly is issues with mis-communication particularly about my appointments. Although I will be scheduled for multiple services often the staff member will not be aware and only have me scheduled for something smaller. If I could give LaserAway zero stars I would for their lack of responsiveness when you have a medical problem with one of their services. On top of constantly re-scheduling your appointment last minute (like literally as you are driving over to their location), when I had a horrible reaction to the Botox I received there, I couldn't get a nurse or medical professional to call me back for 2 days. I've had Botox before and never had any pain afterwards so I'm not sure what they did but I am now suffering from massive headaches. I have now called 8 times in 4 days but keep being told I'll get a call back. I want a refund for the huge investment I made in the Botox bank based on them being a diamond retailer for Botox because I can't keep supporting a company that gives me the run around when I'm having a medical problem that now requires medical attention. read more
