Let's see where do I start. Had placed an order with Nike about a week ago. Get text message that it's being shipped with lasership. I had no issues with them until this last shipment. Once my product got to this location it sat there for days. Talked to customer service got nothing they said they got a lot of packages and will be out 1-2 days. 2 days come no update. Reached out again they said that they can not confirm control of the package and for me to reach out to the seller. Which means Someone stole the package. They have no phone numbers to higher ups and don't have the facility phone number and if you call customer service you will wait hours. Note if you do Nike save you the time and pay the extra $5 to have it shipped with FedEx or UPS that way you get constant updates and know where the package is. I think the attached image says it all. My package from Nike went from "Loaded onto Vehicle" to "Out for delivery" to "Secured in our facility awaiting information". At this point, I called LaserShip and provided the information - all they asked for was a phone number and email. Never heard from them. Later that night, we go to "Possible delay in delivery" and then the following morning "Unable to locate your package". I wonder what happened here? I thought the package was "secured"? Seems like this happens frequently with Nike packages. The sneakers that were in the package are sold out now, so even if I get a refund from the seller, I still can't get the shoes I ordered. I have over 30 packages sent to my house weekly for business purposes and I NEVER had a problem once with delivery. All of a sudden Nike packages just can't seem to make it to my home. This is the third time I've had an issue with Lasership. When I saw that this last package was shipped by them, I said to myself "ah here we go." (Three different companies by the way, Nike, FashionNova, OldNavy). The package first said it could not be completed. For whatever reason, part of my address was missing. I chatted with them to fix that. Now, it says it's been delivered, but no package. Ironic enough, another purchase I made with another store, delivered by them, made it here with a photo confirmation . The other package I'm having issues with, does not have a photo confirmation. What an absolute joke of a delivery service. Slowest service (assuming they actually deliver the package), useless tracking information and no responses to customer service inquiries. You really cannot do a worse job. I'd rather they throw the package away so the vendor can issue me a credit than wait in limbo for a week for a package to travel 15 miles. If you are a vendor who cares about customer perception of your business, do not use LaserShip. There is a response from the company's management here, but I see no way to respond to them. I have already submitted 2 inquiries through the LaserShip web site. Package arrived in West Palm on Monday morning and still hasn't made the last 15 miles to Wellington yet (it is Saturday evening). At this point, I have asked the store to direct LaserShip to return the package to them and issue me a credit. If I know a store ships via LaserShip I will not order from them in the future. After calling yesterday, Ivan confirmed he did not bother looking for my package after I left last Monday. He said he'd call me back after he spoke to the driver that scanned my package and he never did. Instead, he went and updated my tracking number. This is unacceptable in every way possible. Everyone that comes across this, PLEASE pick your package up or contact your shipper and tell them to resend your package with another company or just refund. We get deliveries from FedEx, Amazon, UPS, and USPS daily yet they say for 3 days they have been unable to deliver to my unit in Sebastian Florida right off US 1. On Nov 20th label created by company, Nov 22nd package marked as received by LaserSHIT, by Nov 23 it was received locally. I understand there was a holiday on the 25th however, the facility is 10 minutes away. They could have delivered my package on Friday, Sat. On the morning of Nov 29th still no movement. I call customer service to see if I could go pick it up, customer svc rep even said they have had the package for a while and should have been delivered. They so called put a request in for me to go pickup because of the length of time it was sitting at the distribution center. By 5:57pm magically there is an update on my package after nothing since 11/23, It "undeliverable" because suddenly they cannot locate my package . This courier lost my package. My delivery address is an office on the 2nd floor. They claimed my package was delivered at 7:39am & it was left in lobby/mailroom. Well 1st off we were still closed at that time & 2nd we don't have a mailroom. So either the driver left at wrong address or kept the package to himself. LaserShip actually delivered 2 packages this week...in the middle of my yard! The first package had a pair of shoes and a top. My shoes had been destroyed by a dog, from the looks of them.  My top was not even in a package. It was laying on the grass.
