(Pic #1) I scheduled an appointment with Tre on May 14 for June 28th (a whole month+ in advance!!) . This is not the first time she has done this where, a couple of days before the appointment (or on the day of) she'll try to change the appointment day or time and I am left to try to accommodate her (as I have no choice because I am usually about to go on vacation and did not schedule a backup eyelash appointment), and I always schedule way in advance. This time, (#2)a couple of days prior to my appt, she asks if I can come earlier, which I couldn't due to having other earlier appts. So I tell her I can come later in the day. I had to follow up with her for 2 days just for her to keep the same day/time. (#3)The day of the lash appt comes and like clockwork, shes asking if I can come earlier or that evening. I tell her evening because again.. I have other earlier appointments to keep. (#4)I follow up with her that evening and she now changes the appointment to the next day which I DID NOT want because I was braiding my hair, and hair braiding can take all day. I purposely left that day just for getting my hair done. (#5-6)You'll see that she promised me that no matter what she will do my lashes and even offer a discount for all the rescheduling , even if it's late at night. I was leaving for my trip literally the next early morning so that night was the last opportunity I had to get my lashes done, and by this point it was way too last minute to schedule an appointment somewhere else. (#7)On the day of the hair braiding, I could barely reach Tre at all! I finally called at some point and she answered and told me that she thought I was on my way? I'm not sure why she would think that when I never texted her that. She said she will call me back but she did not. After getting my hair done, I continued calling and just went straight to the shop for them to tell me that she was not even there anymore. (#8) I texted Tre after going all the way to shop for nothing, just to get ANOTHER apology. (#9) this is a prior appointment where again she changed the time/date a couple of days before. I will not be coming back, the lack of professionalism and just courtesy for clients had been soo disheartening. My time and effort in making an appointment way ahead was simply not respected. I would not recommend to anyone.

She then brought me back into the room the service itself was very relaxing and i got to sleep. The end product was nice and so was she. It has been less than 24 hours and I've lost soooo many lashes they are literally just falling off. I've gotten my lashes done plenty of times elsewhere and this has never happened! When it comes to beauty services like lash extensions, I prioritize quality above all else. It's concerning that you have to pay more for supposedly superior service, especially since this is a new policy. To me, paying extra to get a top-rated master technician doesn't make sense, especially when there are technicians who work there but aren't considered masters, yet the prices on the website don't change. You pay the same amount for each type of lash extensions you get, regardless of whether it's a master or another technician. I decided that I wanted to book with Christine, who was listed as the top option with the highest additional fee. However, when I called Christine's studio, I discovered she only does eyebrows, not lashes. This inconsistency between the website and reality is off-putting. I'm hesitant to try another lash technician because a friend had a terrible experience with someone outside of our usual technician. The glue got into her eye, the lashes looked bad, and some even fell off. It was a mess, but we continued with our regular technician until she left. Now that our regular technician left and this updated policy, I just feel that it's time to part ways with Christine Lash Studio. If you're willing to take a risk, they often have Groupon deals you can use, but for me, lash extensions are too expensive to gamble with. The way they promote certain technicians as "master" and exclude others gives me the impression that they might not be as skilled as advertised.
