I've been coming here with my mom since September. We've done our nails here three times. Everything is clean and spaced out and everyone is attentive. Covid precautions are taken. Pedicure stations have plated stands separating each station. Plastic is used for each wash. Two nail techs do sns. Each experience has been great. Sns is well done. All three times I've had mine done by the owner who is attentive and sweet. She's helped keep my nails long and strong. I prefer to call ahead to make an appointment since the powder takes a while and have been accommodated each time. They do accept walk ins. read more

Don't break a client's commitment by giving it to someone else. This was my first visit to this nail salon, and because of Covid, I was looking forward to having my nails done after a long time! But here's how it went for me: first, my friend scheduled my appointment at 7 p.m., as well as her own. My friend said that she would be late because she coming from work down the street. We convey that to the women who work there and she said it was no problem and that she would wait. I arrive at the salon AT 7:00 p.m. EXACTLY ON TIME! However, I wanted to wait five minutes for my friend who works down the street. We walk into the salon and inform the receptionist that we have an appointment at 7:00 p.m. SHE THEN CHECKS MY NAILS AND MY FRIENDS NAILS. And she gave us this nonsense excuse that because we arrived late, the two women who were already on the chair getting a medi and pedi came at the same time at us. It's funny because I've been waiting for my friend outside the salon for 5 minutes and haven't seen anyone coming in or out. The part that bothered me was not that she said she couldn't do it, but that she decided to look at our nails before saying no and refusing us service. This experience had left me angry and frustrated, and I had never felt so humiliated in my life. I strongly advise you to avoid this salon because they place a greater emphasis on making a fast buck than on the client. Sorry for the lengthy review, but they are completely fucked up. read more

This place is terrible. One of the customers spoke about me bc the lady her mom was suppose to have was doing my nails instead. That was rude when I was literally sitting the next chair away while getting a pedicure. Like lady, I didn't book the worker's appointment! The lady doing my nails was nice after I decided to befriend her bc the job wasn't getting done so I had to try some form of tactic for her to put some kind of effort. Recently I went to three different nail salons for a gel manicure and within a few days the ends of the polish started coming off and my nails started to break. Rude. I walked in the salon and asked for two pedicures and if they could take me and my friend as a walk in ..... after a round about of asking one another , their response was Yes. Mind you there was only 2 people in the salon. Anyway, I said great I'm going to get my friend we will park and come in. 4 MINUTES later I walk in with my friend and say great " two pedicures" , and the audacity of their response was NO you took to long and we took a walk in. My mouth dropped the way she responded NO and lack of business professionalism was gross. This place is horrifying!! Upon entering your eyes are assaulted by the dingy, dirty, outdated decor (I should have left then, but- never judge a book by its cover, right? Wrong!) Let me start with the more minor offenses. I walk in, ask for a mani/pedi to which the woman at the desk nearest the door grunts. No approximate wait time, no we'll be right with you, just a grunt. My manicure was done completely in the pedicure chair. The nail tech shabbily did my manicure while standing over me (she didn't even have the decency to switch sides- I had to extend my left arm across my body to my right side). I forgot to mention this was all done while My legs were uncomfortably propped up on a narrow ledge with callus remover slathered on (my legs fell asleep after the first 5 minutes, but they remained there for another 10). Now let's get to the really horrifying part... Tools came off of a mani table, not out of a sterilizing machine, the technician used a yellowed, many times used latex glove while applying callus remover and scraping my heels (put it back in her pocket, not the garbage, after my pedicure), hot towel was used to wipe her hands before being applied to my legs (nice!), and the razor popped off its handle at one point, falling to the floor, to be picked up, re attached and promptly placed right back on my foot. I know I should have stopped this all. However, I was pressed for time and rather intrigued to find out just how far the pendulum of unsanitary measures would swing. Now I know! Never again! One pro...my heels are as soft as the day I was born and these service were dirt cheap- $32 in total (usually $50 at other salons and that's without razor). So, if you're right on cash and feel Like living on the edge (because fungus and infection is extremely likely), give Crystal a try! read more

I felt relaxed and this women was extremely patient and had a welcoming vibe that I didn't expect. Their working environment definitely changed. I used to go here to get a pedicure bc service was good and they took their time and price was great $14, I will be thinking twice now!! I have an upcoming event coming up in which I want to get both nails and toes done and just wanted to know pricing for gel mani, tips, etc before booking to decide which place I want to go to, there or somewhere more local!
