I left my email since I still wanted to complain about my experience and she never called or email me. This isn't how you treat customers who pay way too much for EWC services. I wanted to get my haircut short…read more I booked an appointment with Michael right before Mothers Day and they were thankfully able to squeeze me in even though I called a little late. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The prices are very good also. I also came back in June because I wanted to go a little shorter with my haircut before our trip to Charleston. Michael was wonderful and cut my hair the perfect short length again. The salon is immaculately clean & they keep the floor swept clean after each haircut. The bathroom is also very clean & available to customers I highly recommend this salon, everyone is so nice & cheerful here. The staff is very professional, even on short notice.
