Sadly, I chose this place based on the reviews. I asked her to do classic deluxe which I never heard of but I get classic lashes . The burning throughout the entire procedure caused such pain and my eyes to tear through the entire time. That has never happened in my 5 years of lashes. The pain was unbearable but I pushed through. She later explained to me she places extensions under the lashes rather than on top as most lash people. And she shared that people who visit her complain of irritation. She never said that at beginning My lashes looked horrible, they looked plastic and very stiff. They felt uncomfortable for at least 3 days. I noticed when I went home there were clumps of many extensions attached to 1 lash and so messy with so much glue that I was never able to comb them as I do daily. Many of my lashes were folded and glued onto other clumps . The worst experience in my life. I went back to my original lady and told me there were definitely NOT classic and damaged a few of my lashes . Please do your research. I don't know how they have such good reviews. Then my eyes were burning the entire time --this doesn't happen with the place I normally go to and I had to keep asking her to put the fan on my eyes. Lastly, she tried to charge me for a deluxe but I didn't ask for a deluxe and it wasn't even a deluxe bc I probably would've paid for it but she said oh I did deluxe but won't charge you. Knowing full well it wasn't a deluxe. In fact it was less full than my regular set I get normally.

Jin is very detailed oriented, he took his time mapping out both my eyebrows and lips. The eyebrow tattoo wasn't painful at all, I almost fell asleep while he was working on me. The lip blush for the most part wasn't too painful, it felt like rolling a microneedle roller over my lips. The part that did hurt a bit was the inner lip since no numbing cream can be applied there. I absolutely loved the results! I'm looking forward for it to heal and turn into a more natural color.

What was normally just a 20 min drive for me turned into an hour and if it weren't for me going on vacation the next day I would have rescheduled. The couple was very very nice and did their best to accommodate me. The lashes were beautiful and lasted a long time, that has not changed but the price has definitely gone up. What used to be $100 lashes with the original owners is $200+. I would have gone back if the prices remained the same.
